We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.The heated pool was a huge hit with the kids and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

March Getaway

Great place, close to everything, enjoyed the pool, appreciated everything on one floor, the owner checked in on us, which was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Fun Vacation

The house was warm and inviting that made our trip memorable! It was conveniently located and very spacious. We will definitely be coming back to Orlando and renting this beautiful home again!

Family Disney Vacay

The property is a great location! Close to dining and shopping and just a short drive to Disney. We had a little trouble with something in the house and the house manager and maintenance person were great to work with!

Fantastic Home from home villa. With an amazing size pool. Very well maintained and a great size for all the family to enjoy. Family friendly villa for young children to enjoy too. Rooms are very well presented and decorated. Fun for the little children who are excited about seeing their favourite characters. Rooms are big and comfortable beds for a very good night sleep. Extra bedding is available if needed and bath towels are really good quality and so many to use. Kitchen has everything you need, and easy to clean and enjoy family meals around the table. High chair is also available to use which was a bonus for us with a 2 year old. Travel cot available if needed. Camping chairs available which was great for our trip to the beach. Hairdryers available to use. Soap and toilet paper was provided. This villa has 1 huge washing machine and dryer. Which was amazing and very easy to use. We came home with no washing to do after two weeks. The host/owner Claire was very professional and proactive from the start of booking our hoilday to the very end. Claire seemed Very happy to help with anything we needed or may have needed. Claire was effective with keeping in contact and wanted us to have the best time at the villa and on our hoildays.I highly recommend this villa the area and neighbours are friendly too. Easy to check in and out. Close to disney and other activities. Thank you Claire for an amazing stay. We definitely would love to come back again one day!

Nice house with pool

Was in Orlando for a weekend of golf. Our time in the house was limited but we enjoyed it. Having a pool was nice.

This was everything promised and more! Pool was so clean, house provided all we needed. We had such a great vacation and that had a lot to do with the accommodations. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Close to Champions Gate & Disney

Overall nice/comfortable home with pool. it's layout is great for adults and kids with its split floor plan. Its location makes it easy to get on I-4 & head to orlando or tampa. ChampionsGate area is less then 4 miles or 8 min away, Disney is about 10 miles or 20-25 min drive in traffic. Grocery store (publix) & other shopping within 2 miles of the development. Home has a single driveway for parking. Over all great stay and I will be back next time i'm in the area.

Host after booking was almost non communitive. Pool was not heated until 24 hours befire depature. Waahung machine flooded, maintenance would not assist. Owner offered refund of one night and pool fee, filed claim and kept monies, never received the refund. Our last nigh TV was spent trying to mitate damages from occuring to thd rental. Owner pre booking was very communative, during stay and afterwards was almost non existent. There is no garden at the property and heater takes days to work. The pool was never turned all the way up, so we were not able to use and owner kept pool cost and never made goid on reimbursement. I have all messages. Owner filed an insurance claim and then refused to send payment. Owner also requested to not leave a bad review if a partial refund was given. Terribel experience.

Regarding the specific concerns: - The washing machine overflow was unfortunate and unexpected. We responded immediately once notified, arranged for professional maintenance, and it has been fully repaired and tested—everything is now working perfectly. - The pool heater does require time to reach optimal temperature (typically 48 hours depending on starting conditions and weather), It was adjusted as promptly as possible during your stay, and it continues to function reliably for current guests — everything is not working perfectly!! This house is located a little further out than we expected. The property is located in the middle a residential neighborhood. The pictures lmade the property seem larger. It definitely needs some TLC…paint, cleaning of trim and baseboards, replace carpet in bedrooms, pictures in rehung properly on walls etc…When we arrived the house was not very clean. We emailed property manager and they came right over and cleaned. Our 2nd day our toilet handle broke but the mangers were very responsive and came over within a couple of hours to fix it. Pool was clean & warm.

Great house! Lots of space and pool is fab (heater worked almost too well). Would definitely stay again. Note: you will definitely need a car though. Not a lot in the surrounding neighborhood

J’ai tout adoré. Proximité de la maison versus côté Ouest, Est, Walt Disney, super marché. Petit bémol, un BBQ au propane aurait été mieux. Si non, parfait!
