Beach cart, chairs, corn hole, ping pong table, and treadmill. Dedicated work space with desk and office chair. THE POOL IS NOT INCLUDED. May book pool on the Swimply app listed as Ocean Blue Pool and Villa. Must be 25 to rent. No children under 8 unless preapproved by owner. Renter must be present. The cottage is centrally located and just a few blocks from aquarium, Jones Park, downtown Gpt. 2 miles to Centennial Plaza. Private entrance, designated parking, private fenced patio and deck with ocean view! We are less than a block away from city park with swings, playground, basketball courts, and a tennis court. No pets unless preauthorized by owner. Do not enagage the garage door hurricane bolts! these are for hurricane protection only!
