Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets, one master has an oversized tiled shower, while the other one has a tub/shower combination. The large open floor plan leads into a beautiful kitchen with breakfast bar, island, gas stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy the private patio with water feature, BBQ, and fire pit. There's plenty of parking in the 2 car garage and extra parking in the designated visitor parking. Complete with a new washer/dryer to keep your clothes laundered and fresh. We’ve rented this unit for several years and it is always clean and the kitchen has just about everything we needed. Kevin is great to work with and very quick to respond. The neighborhood is safe and the location is fantastic! Enjoy your stay.

Super convenient to many destinations

Had a wonderful stay at this property. So close to the interstate which then takes you to many sights throughout the city. Complex very quiet and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cannot wait to return and spend another spring vacation there.

Great House, Awesome Location

We spent three enjoyable weeks at this property. Communication with the host was exceptional. The property is set up to sleep 6 people so it was plenty big for the two of us. The back patio was an enjoyable place to sit in the sun as was the pool area. On top of that, the location was convenient to many nearby activities. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Great location and very nice stay!

Loved the location of this house. Walking distance to State Farm stadium. Overall very clean with nice patio to enjoy. Bath towels and toilet paper were very nice! Only slight issues was Tv in the queen bedroom didn't work and the queen bed and king bed mattresses were too hard for our liking. Nice stay and would stay again.

Great location, quiet spacious property with a garage!

Really enjoyed our stay! Super quiet location in a quiet gated community. We went to an event at the Desert Diamond Arena and walked to and from (20 minutes each way). Lovely neighborhood to take a morning walk with a cute patio next to the kitchen. The pictures don’t do it justice, it was even nicer in person.

Just what we needed!

We had a great stay at Kevin’s place. Had some trouble when we first got there but that was completely on me and Kevin was super helpful. Otherwise, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The house had everything we needed and being able to park in the garage was something we didn’t realize we needed especially with a car seat and baby. If you’re going to a game, this house would be perfect! As we did neither, it was a great place to come home to after seeing friends and family. If it wasn’t a million degrees when we were there, we would have loved to spend some time walking and playing outside.

Spacious and Convenient to Westgate

We were in town for a Convention in the Westgate area. It's a little too far to walk, but close enough to the Event Center and Outlet Mall for a quick drive back and forth. We were close to the pool and enjoyed our walks through the lovely neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Visiting family and sightseeing in Phoenix

We loved this place! The location was great for us near visiting family and close to the highway to get to other locations. There were lots of food options right nearby which was very helpful. The garage parking was so nice. We really enjoyed the grassy open space in front of the house to play, the playground, and community pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The covered patio was a favorite of ours too. We hopefully will be able to come back.

Great property and great location!

Kevin's property is very nice, clean and quiet! Check in and check out were super easy. The small shaded patio was perfect for our morning coffee. This trip was just two of us but with the extra beds we could have brought the rest of the family and been very comfortable. We will definitely be back!
