Home was decorated lovely… Patio was phenomenal… My only complaint would be about the sleeping situation… The bunkbed is dangerous… The top bunk is so high and so close to the ceiling it would be impossible not to bump your head… And there should be at least one king size bed and two twin beds just to accommodate four people more comfortably… Mattresses should be replaced on the queen's other than that we loved our stay

Perfect location if you desire a beachfront backyard. Great for a small family of four or five. Amenities are great and within walking distance to all that downtown Carpinteria has to offer.

Location was incredible - right on the sand and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Deck had plenty of seating for a family of 4 to eat and also relax and watch the sunset. Condo was spotless with all the amenities we needed. Neighbors were respectful and even though there were record waves along the CA coast this week, our kids were still safe surfing, boogie boarding, and swimming to the floating docks on the “World’s Safest Beach”. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Perfect for a getaway at the beach! Literally right in the sand and writhing walking distance to downtown and great venues. Had a great time, hosts are easy to work with. Wonderful, relaxing stay. I highly recommend!

The location was beautiful just like the picture. Wonderfully located near food pubs breakfast houses etc. very clean property. Would stay here again. The bed and couch were very stiff. I think these should be considered to be upgraded. And the pillows were flat.

Berm blocked view while sitting on the deck, but could see ocean while standing. Great location, quiet, clean, family friendly. Great big roomie deck with nice patio furniture and umbrellas.
I set the chair up right at the top of the berm

Best beach rental

We stay in Carpinteria every year and this was by far the best rental we have stayed in . It was clean , beautiful, had every kitchen item we needed and the beds were so comfortable. I would stay here every year .

True Relaxation

The property is modern and very comfortable. You can't beat the view, you are steps away from the sand and just one block from town. It's the perfect location.

Beautiful property

The condo was beautiful and very well furnished. The deck was great to sit with morning coffee and evening cocktails. This is a family friendly building on a public beach, not very private or quiet. That is not a negative and the location is ideal for bars and restaurants. The management company was friendly and very responsive.

Great Location!!

Modern and updated. Loved being steps away from the beach. Carpinteria is a great little town and not that far from the attractions in Santa Barbara! A few minor suggestions: provide facial tissues, dish rack, and more than one coaster. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We have stayed in the Carpinteria shores condos for years around Father’s Day. We usually choose another condo but this one was beautiful and just as pictured. The beds were comfy and linens were of nice quality. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals for the family. The deck was well appointed with comfy furniture and umbrellas. We all had a lovely stay and would like to return for another visit next year.

Stylish & Cozy Beachfront Apartment

Loved the location and how beautifully appointed this apartment was. Enjoyed being able to be on the patio right on the beach. Don’t think we would have enjoyed our stay as much if the apartment wasn’t so beautiful! Very convenient parking. Very walkable to the adorable downtown full of cute shops and a variety of great restaurants. My only con: it annoys me that VRBO lists a nightly price, then tacks on $700 in fees…with a hotel you get the actual price you’ll be paying, not the price before taxes, cleaning costs and fees. And that was for only 4 nights!

Incredible property!!

If you have any concerns about this property…don’t! My wife and I are very critical of our VRBO rentals and we nothing even remotely bad to say about this place. We honestly thought the picture didn’t do the condo justice because it was perfect. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and we had the whole back deck to ourselves the entire stay. Our only hesitation about giving this condo 5 stars was our worry that the price will go up. Fingers crossed that it’ll be the same for our next trip!

Beautiful condo, clean and comfortable, decorated in light grey and white so stools quite stained which didn’t bother us. We had our daughter and grandson for 2 nights and they enjoyed it. Appliances beautiful but not user friendly, ie no manual for induction stove (looked). Coffee machine nice but no coffee (we looked, so did Debbie). Boxes delivered Monday. Overall a good stay. The updated parking spaces look great.
