Frio Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 6 for this stay and we all had a great time. It is in a great location and with the parking at the river gave us easy access to water activities. The bedrooms were perfect as each couple had their own bedroom with a Queen bed. The kitchen had the necessary utensils and a big plus to have two refrigerators.

Family vacay!!

The house was perfect especially if you have a large group. Only five of us ended up going but the inside and outside were great. Nice chimney outside to make a fire a plus for us!!! a fire a plus for us lovlocation and the oeace and quiet

Relaxing stay at Pryor Patch

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family visits the Frio every year. We really enjoyed our stay at Pryor Patch. We appreciated the privacy of the house, and the private parking to river access. ((Note: I did have to call and ask about the private parking area.) The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots/pans, and a nice sized pantry. The bed configuration was perfect for our family, and the beds were comfortable. The temps were near 100 degrees, so we really appreciated the good working a/c. The front porch was great for drinking coffee and watching the deers, birds, and turkeys in the morning. Also wanted to note that we needed a mechanic because one of our vehicles was overheating. I called Nicole with Frio Family Getaway, and she was so helpful in trying to find someone to come out for us. It was another successful trip!

The stay was amazing the only thing was there was a bit of trash left in some of the room but not too much. The upstairs was so hot the nights we stayed there. But other then that it was a beautiful home.

Clean property. The listing said has 3 queen beds. We had three couples but one queen was up in loft area in back corner . The room was very hot so one couple had to sleep downstairs in twin beds. Paid for linen services and they gave us all one wash cloth and a towel. One of ours was really small and the rug to step out of tub onto the concrete floors were under sink were dirty looking. Other than that a very basic place. Has concrete floors and plywood looking walls.

Pryor Patch was a great place to stay. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. We were nine and very comfortable. Just a hop, skip, and jump to the water so that was really nice. The parking for the river was very convenient and the water was running nicely. We especially appreciated the fact that there is a tv in every room. We're big on tv so that was icing on the cake for us. Watching the deer and many varieties of birds was also very nice. It was really sweet that there was a recipe and pitcher for hummingbird nectar. We made a batch and watched those little guys fight over the feeders.We tried really hard to find a home with water front but this was an exceptional alternative. We'll definitely recommend Pryor Patch. And management was super great to work with.

Private river access is right around the corner and since the location is just off River Road, it is convenient to many businesses, such as the convenience store, restaurants, gift shops, tube rentals, etc. The house was clean and well-maintained and the property manager, Nicole, was there for us for anything we needed.
