•What is the difference between booking here vs. through the hotel?
When you book with us you avoid resort fees while getting access to the same services and amenities as other guests.

•What floor/tower is the room on?
For security reasons we are unable to disclose room location details including floor/tower numbers until the day of your arrival.

•Can I send mail to the suite?
Yes. Guests can pick up packages at the Concierge. All packages are subject to a processing and delivery fee based on the weight of the item. You may further inquire with the property directly.

•How far are you from The Strip?
The Signature is 0.5 miles from The Strip but you are able to walk directly into the MGM Grand from the property.

•Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and is not guaranteed. This can not be guaranteed until the day of your arrival/departure. There is an additional fee for these services.

•Will the rooms be cleaned daily?
Daily housekeeping is NOT included. All housekeeping through our housekeeping company. You may request items to be delivered please note items are subject to availability. Signature staff will not assist with any housekeeping.

• Why does the cost change when I select my dates?
Room rates fluctuate based on supply and demand. Dates during a weekend or popular event cost more.

• Is there a bell desk at the property?
Yes, you can store luggage at the Bell Desk and request temporary keys to access the pools, fitness centers, etc. until you depart or as you wait for check-in time. If you would like to guarantee access to your room earlier or until you depart, we recommend booking an extra night.
The front desk is open 24/7 for your convenience.

This was my first trip to Vegas. I agonized about where to stay. I didn't want a hotel room because I wanted a small kitchen. So glad I chose this one, don't hesitate! The suite is beautiful. Really nice to have two full bathrooms. I liked the location because you can walk to a monorail station. You can also walk to the Strip fairly easily. Close to the airport. I think it's a good place to have as base camp to move around Vegas. The host, Lisa, is extremely responsive and is very accommodating. I would love to come back and stay again!

This was one of the best times we’ve had in Vegas! The unit was exactly as advertised, the owner was fantastic to work with and the property was convenient to everything. We loved the walkway to MGM and the pool complex. Thank you!!

The best!

I have stayed at this property a few times but this is the best unit yet! More space than we needed even! You can’t beat the location either. The host was by far the best I have had also. Responses almost immediately when I had a question. I am definitely going to try and plan my next visit far enough in advance that I can book here again.

Excellent

We will definitely make this our goto when visiting Vegas. The location was great. We easily walked wherever we wanted to go. The property owber was very responsive and was even able to get us an early check-in for our early morning flight. This VRBO was perfect!easily walked tcouldnt walk an UBER was close.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay here. Away from the loudness but close enough to play during the day. Very quiet at night,will definitely stay heree again if we come back to Vegas especially being close to airport.

Great unit in an amazing location!

This property was located in a great location close to the strip and casinos but not a casino itself which is preferred if you don’t want the hassle and noise of casino properties. The host was very responsive and the unit was clean and comfortable.

Trip to Las Vegas

The Signature at MGM Grand condo we stayed at was very comfortable and close to many attractions and restaurants. We had an issue with the TVs, but was corrected the next morning. The carpet had many spots and needed to be cleaned. The bathroom was huge and bed was very comfortable. Due to the season, the pools at Tower 1 and 3 were closed, but the pools at the MGM Grand were fabulous..bring an inter tube for the lazy river if you have room in your luggage or you can pay $$ for one there. Have a good stay!

Awesome property

This property is awesome. It is nice to have more space than just a hotel room … and you have a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view! Location can’t be beat! We will definitely stay here again.

Great change of pace

This was my first time doing a VRBO for a Vegas trip. The property owner was very easy to work with in booking my suite and the room itself was a nice change from the typical hotel rooms in Vegas (and at a great price!). The amenities were fabulous as was the property. I would definitely use VRBO through this property owner again. Besides the amount of construction around the property location, which limited the amount of time I was able and willing to leave the immediate vicinity, I had a very pleasant stay.

Family visit

I always love staying at The Signature and have used VRBO on a few occasions. The host (Lisa) was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. I look forward to coming back and hopefully working with the same host again. There was a small tech glitch confirming my reservation, but called the VRBO line and spoke to a rep who was extremely helpful and so was the host in following up. Great experience overall.

Vegas done right!

Towers are always a great place to stay. These rooms had extra touches to make it feel like a condo. Will definitely stay again!

I love visiting Vegas and the suite at The Signature which is connected to MGM Grand is a great option for visitors. It has no RESORT FEES and you have access to all the pools, restaurants, clubs, bars and casino at the MGM Grand. They have top golf, several pools (wet republic) and a lazy river. Whatever you want to do while in Vegas, whether it is relaxing, gambling, shopping, eating, drinking and even working, you can do all of that here or nearby. There is also a convention enter in the MGM so it is a short walk if your conference happens to be there. It is also a short walk to the pools at MGM but you also have your own pools at the towers.
