This charming Lake Sinclair home is a warm and relaxing place for couples, friends and families. ‘Charlie’s Landing’ is located on beautiful Lake Sinclair and offers expansive lake views while being conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and site seeing venues.

The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 5 beds total. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. The large nicely appointed, eat in kitchen was designed for entertaining and opens to a cozy family room with lake views. On a chilly evening you can cozy up in front of the gas log fireplace.

Charlie’s Landing has a covered back deck over looking the lake, firepit area and expansive backyard. Enjoy sports and movies with the outdoor deck TV or relax around the firepit with family and friends.
Spend your days enjoying all that lake life has to offer on the max dock that includes a waterslide! At the end of the day enjoy a meal with family and friends at your choice of 2 outdoor eating areas or an indoor table that seats 6. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem! Charlie’s Landing is conveniently located to many restaurants by car and 4 restaurants by boat. Downtown Milledgeville is only 15 minutes away and offers many shops and restaurants as well as beautiful Georgia College Campus.

Great Fall Break Getaway!

It was a great place to stay while we did some college tours. Beautiful view and wonderful stay in the home! I would definitely rent it again!

Memories

This place was amazing! Wonderful view of the lake and easy boat access on the dock. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything we needed was there. Nice big kitchen area. The outdoor area was well designed and a great place to sit and relax. The yard was so nice also! Very relaxing weekend.

Geart home with amazing lake view!

We loved our stay! Me and my family have stayed at several different places on Lake Sinclair and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Location is great with absolutely amazing views! We have definitely found our place to stay for future lake trips! Thanks for everything, Colleen! :)

This place was awesome. My kids loved the slide on the dock as well as catching plenty of bream and catfish.The house was amazing and provided easy access to the water. Definitely built for relaxation and a break from everyday life. We did not eat out that much due to being able to grill and cook at the house but everything was within 5-10 minutes from us with that option. Boat ramps were easy access for this location. I give It a 10 out of 10. Definitely will be planning again for next year.

Beautiful and Quiet Lakehouse

Lovely and well maintained house on Lake Sinclair. Comfortable space for four couples to relax and spend time together. Colleen is engaged and communicates, she is great.

Holiday weekend stay

Everything from beginning to end was spectacular! Very easy process to check in. Owner was accessible when needed. We wanted for nothing while there. Very well stocked, nice comfortable bedding and everything was in immaculate condition. 10 out of 10!!

The perfect lake house

Home away from home. The lake house is wonderful. It is conveniently located to town and has great views and access to the lake. We enjoyed beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the dock. Our grandchildren loved the slide at the dock. The house is clean and well kept . The host is easy to contact and very responsive. We are excited to come back next year

Great Property with Awesome Views!

Great stay on the main lake! The house was stylishly decorated and very roomy for 6-8 adults. The kitchen was well stocked. There were games and reading material available. Our favorite spot was the outdoor porch with an area to lounge and watch TV or sit with a meal and watch the activity on the lake. This is a wonderful property with all the amenities. We had an awesome Fathers Day weekend!

Relaxing and beautiful

We had no problems at all with our stay. We appreciate the owners sharing their house and property. The house was pretty and property well kept. House is more than you expect, compared to website pictures. We really enjoyed the outside porch area facing water. Spent a lot of our time there enjoying the fall like weather. Hope to visit again in future.

Exceeded all expectations!!!

Everything about our stay was truly wonderful. Colleen is a very attentive host who genuinely cared that we had a perfect weekend and did everything possible to make it that way. The house is way bigger than it looks. The decor inside and landscaping outside are very upscale. The water slide was a blast and we enjoyed the huge covered deck, outdoor lounge chairs, grill and dock. We created amazing memories together as a family in town to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation.

Perfect weekend lake retreat

We had a ladies weekend on Lake Sinclair and stayed at this lovely home. The lake views are amazing and we spent lots of time soaking it on the spacious deck. With a large kitchen and comfortable living room there was plenty of space for conversation and games. I will recommend to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. as there was no back stock of those. Grocery and plenty of dining nearby. Also a wonderful fire pit was enjoyed.

Totally Satisfied

Our Family thoroughly enjoyed the house at Charlies Landing and also the property. The kids and adults spent a lot of time on the dock fishing and relaxing. Our twin grandsons (11 years old) landed a 5-pound blue catfish from the dock. It was the highlight of their weekend. The views from the front porch are incredible. We look forward to returning next year.
