Bay Bliss: a peaceful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse with awesome bay views! This canal-front home has 4 balconies, 3 of which have great views of the canal and bay. This home sleeps 6 guests, and is perfect for families looking to make the most out of their Ocean City vacation. There s two bedrooms with queen beds on the 2nd floor, and the top floor has a bedroom with two twin beds. Featuring a full kitchen with a massive island, and outdoor dining area, plus an outdoor pool in the summer!

Bay Bliss is the perfect bayside townhome for your family trip to Ocean City! Located in a quiet area in North OC, away from the noise of Coastal Highway, it s the perfect place to make memories.

The first floor is elevated, and the bedrooms are on the two other floors above it, so please be aware there s a good amount of stairs in the home. Each bedroom has a balcony, with the primary bedroom and kids room featuring awesome views of the canal and bay.

The first floor features a powder room off to the side of the kitchen, and the 2nd floor has two full bathrooms, one in the hallway and the other in the primary bedroom.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late night cocktails out on the 1st floor balcony in the outdoor dining area! There you can see the awesome sunset over the bay, book now so you don t miss out!

The property offers contact free check in with an electronic door lock. On the day of your check in, we ll send you your unique access code at 3pm. There s free parking in the lot in front of the house for 1 car.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum age to book is 24. The person booking the unit must be present for the duration of the rental period.

Guests are permitted to park underneath the house, as long as any vehicle is completely underneath, and in ONE spot in the parking lot.

RECOMMENDATION:
Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking.

Linens and towels are included with booking!
Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash cans in the parking area.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
