Akumal is the heart of the Riviera Maya, from here you can visit the main touristic attractions such as theme parks, ruins, delicious restaurants, beautiful beaches and interesting cenotes for swimming.
Renting a car is recommended to explore the area.
The residential complex has security 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and it is very pleasant to walk, observe nature, and swim on the beach. It also has an OXXO (convenience store), for any need, without having to leave the complex.

It is very recommendable to rent a car to explore all the interesting places around the area such the restaurants in Akumal, Tulum or Playa del Carmen, theme parks, cenotes, ruins and many more interesting touristic points. This condo is located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, just right in the middle of Tulum and Playa del Carmen, about 30 km away and a short drive of about 10 min to get into Akumal beach.
If you prefer not to drive, right at the entrance of the complex, you can also take a public transportation, `colectivo`, to go to Tulum or Playa del Carmen.

Check-In & Check-Out:
-Check-In Time: Starts at 3:00 pm
-Self Check-In: The key is in a lockbox located by the main door.
-Important: Please return the key to the lockbox after use to avoid loss or accidental locking.
-Check-Out Time: By 11:00 am
-Check-Out Instructions: Kindly leave trash in the garbage cans outside the condo.

Electricity Usage:
Included: 20 kW per day
Excess Usage: 1 USD per additional 5 kW
Important: Please turn off all lights and AC when leaving the condo to avoid extra charges and help us save energy.

Garbage Disposal:
Waste disposal containers are conveniently located outside or in the parking garage. If you need any assistance, please just ask us or the local concierge where it is.

Kitchen & Laundry:
Kitchen: Basic utensils and equipment are provided. Please make sure to clean all used items before check-out.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are available. If you have a laundry room inside your building, please contact the concierge to book your time slot.

House Rules:
-Guests: The number of guests must match your reservation. All visitors must be registered at the front desk.
-Dishes: Please wash any used dishes.
-Lights & AC: Turn off all lights and AC when leaving the condo or at check-out.
-Prohibited Activities: No illegal activities or misuse of appliances. We kindly ask that you respect the property and avoid any actions that may cause damage or harm.
-Bedding & Towels: Treat linens and towels with care. Extra charges may apply for stains or damage.
-Safety: Your safety is our priority. Always lock doors and windows when leaving the condo. Please ensure all lights and AC are turned off when not in use.
