Welcome to our beautifully designed single family house located in the best place to live in California! Our home is the perfect getaway for families or friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of LA while still having access to all the city's attractions.

Our spacious and stylishly furnished house is located just a 15-minute drive away from the famous Magic Mountain amusement park, making it an ideal choice for thrill-seekers and adventure lovers.

The space
LOCATION:
Situated just a 13-minute drive from the famous Magic Mountain amusement park, 20 minutes to Universal Studio, our spacious and stylishly furnished house is an ideal choice for thrill-seekers and adventure lovers.

Our family-friendly oasis in Santa Clarita is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is fully fenced, providing privacy for enjoying the pool and Jacuzzi, kid play-ground. With a two-car garage, extra driveway parking, and wheelchair-friendly accessibility, this home is designed for convenience and relaxation.

Bedroom #1: 1 King bed with 65" TV attached bathroom
Bedroom #2: 1 Queen beds
Bedroom #3: 2 Full beds

AMENTITIES:
1st living room with comfortable seating area and connecting to dining area
2nd living room with TV 65'' with access to sun room and backyard

KITCHEN and DINING:
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, cooking basics, silverwares/flatware, coffee maker, microwave and other basic kitchen supplies. Dining table can seat up to 6.

OURDOOR LIVING:
Swimming pool, jacuzzi and a lot of of outdoor seating area.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Washer and Dryer inside the garage

FREE PARKING:
Garage with parking for 2 cars. Driveway up to 3 cars

PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

TOP ATTRACTIONS:
- 13 minutes drive to Six flag
- 20 minutes to Universal Studio
- 30 minutes to Santa Monica
- 40 minutes to Malibu

- Propane is not fill, you will have to bring tank to home depot to refil
- Please note heating pool and spa has extra fee

IMPORTANT: POOL
1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floor clean of bacteria.
2. Intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of pool. Otherwise it sucks air and will ruin pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running.

This place is really clean including the pool. Swingset was a plus and well used by the littles. Fence around the pool is awesome and not one the pics. The host responded quickly to our only need which was to check in early. Centrally located. I would definitely stay here again.

Great neighborhood for trick or treating! House was clean and good communication with host.Sadly the pool was ice cold even with 89 degree weather outside. Host said heating was not available, although it listed heating as an option for an extra fee! This is something I wish I would’ve known, as I booked this house planning to swim all weekend. Kitchen was missing mixing bowls and hand towels. Dishwasher didn’t clean any dishes on middle rack.No laundry detergent included, washer and dryer were nice but dryer was very loud. Side door in garage doesn’t lock or shut properly (neither does front door). TV remote downstairs doesn’t work, and we figured out to use the upstairs tv remote for both.Home was decorated nicely, maybe needs some upgrades, especially the cushioned toilet seats.

The nightly rate was fair, and communication with the host was smooth. We liked the clean, private pool and relaxing sunroom. The patio seating was pleasant, with a BBQ for outdoor meals. The washer and dryer in the garage were convenient, and the neighborhood was friendly and walkable—great for evening strolls! It is conveniently located near six flags and universal studios , with a lot of restaurants, shopping and parks close by. However, several issues affected our stay. There were only eight bath towels, one hand bath towel, and no kitchen towels. We bought pool towels ourselves, though the host offered reimbursement. A yoga mat shown in the listing was missing. Shower water temperature fluctuated wildly whenever someone used a toilet, sink, or ran laundry, making showering tricky. The kitchen lacked basic items like mixing bowls and had limited cookware. There were no hangers in the closets, and no convenient charging spots—we had to unplug lamps behind the master bed. No mop or dustpan was available, though the host again offered reimbursement. The backyard grass was brown and dry, and a black safety fence (not shown in photos) made the pool area less inviting. Exposed wires near the patio seemed unsafe. A small garage leak and front door issue were resolved after contacting the host.Overall, the home looks nice and the host was responsive, but the many small inconveniences and missing basics reduced the comfort. With a bit more care, it could be an amazing rental.

Check in was ok and "Ella" was nice enough and responded pretty quickly. The home did not come close to even a low budget hotel. We kept our shoes on in house due to the carpet up the stairs and in the bedrooms was filthy. During our stay temperatures reached 107. The Air conditioner worked intermittently which was reported the first of 4 night stay. We were told on 3rd day that handyman would be out on 4th day. It was never repaired. The front door did not latch shut and key lock broken and would not lock, handyman dismantled and left on floor. Many unsafe electrical wires outside going through holes in the wall & window jam to plug inside. Only 1 smoke detector noted sitting on kitchen counter the ones in the bedrooms appeared to be carbon monoxide detectors not dual monitors. Stove missing burner plate, No serving bowls in kitchen, only 1 dish towel. no pool towels, no bath mats to avoid slipping when getting out of shower. Only 1 bath towel per person and not enough hand towels or wash cloths which I discovered in the rules they do not provide. Side gate which we ended up leaving through due to broken front door lock had no upper hinge and fell when my husband used it. Big safety concern due to pool in back yard. When using vacuum, cord got very hot. The pool was clean but the overgrown yard was infested with mosquitos and bees which many of us received 20 bites and we are still dealing with 8days after leaving& praying its only mosquito bites.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect distance for everything for us. The house was very clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
