Living room, Dining room and kitchen all enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Master bedroom and Master bath also enjoy the same view. Additionally this end unit also has 3 windows on its east side letting in plenty of natural light and offering a larger feel to the unit than interior units. If the marina and yachts intrigue you simply walk downstairs through the gate to enter the marina. Sportfish yachts and large center consoles with multiple outboards will have you fantasizing or planning your next day on the water. Walk 100 yards North to Yellowfin Bar and Grill for a sit down meal overlooking Oceanside Marina. Or better yet go out on a fishing charter and have them cook your catch ! The property also offers kayaking, wet slip rentals, jet ski tours, boat rentals and much more. Large covered balcony with room to lounge in front of Ocean, enjoy a meal, or read a book in peace. 5 additional restaurants within 2 minutes Italian, Mexican, Cuban, & American cuisine. Condo comes with 2 assigned/covered parking spots. Drive 10 minutes to old town/Duval Street for a taste of the famous Key West night life and return to our peaceful slice of paradise. This condo was perfect for our group of 5. It has a beautiful view from the deck, living room and master bedroom. It is in a quiet and safe gated resort community. It was immaculately clean, had all we needed and was an easy 15 minute drive to Downtown Key West. Also convenient to head north to other keys/state parks and areas to explore. It is on the 2nd floor with elevator or steps.

The propoerty was in a good location, check in was very easy and the condition of the property was excellent. There were no issues during the stay. Very much appreciated when we requested a late check out, they quickly approved.

We truly enjoyed this stay! Gorgeous view of the ocean and loved sitting on the verandah with a bonus of the sunset every evening. Everything you need plus the mattresses are incredibly comfortable! Highly recommend this lovely place. Wonderful to walk to the marina on property as well as the delicious restaurant on property. Loved everything!

Great Place to Stay

Loved the unit, loved the fact is was away from the crowds but down town was very easy to get to. We think Island has two of the best restaurants in the area, Hog Fish and The Docks.

Our visit to Key West was great, in part, for because of the great property with great amenities. The private parking made it easy to get to the condo. Landscaping was impeccable and it easily connects to a harbor which was really nice to walk through and check out those beautiful ships and some of the fish that pop up from time to time. The condo comes with a property elevator that makes it easy for someone with disabilities or a lot of luggage to make it up to the condo. Inside the condo was very nice with a modern , sleek feel to it with three bedrooms with tvs in all. I did have a little confusion with all the remotes but they were figured out. The master had a larger than normal tv , a great walk in shower, and a walk in closet for all your luggage to land in. The king size bed was adjustable I believe, but we didn’t realize it until the end of our time, but was was comfy the way it was. The open feel of the layout made it easy for everyone to relax together. The overall feel of the condo was great. What topped it off was the oversized balcony with enough seating for 8 to 10 people. The view was nice overlooking the ocean and some mangroves. We also got to see fighter jets from the nearby navy aviation station. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and the host helped us promptly with any questions we had. I’d definitely stay there agin when traveling to the Keys for sure!

If you are looking for an amazing property to stay at while you are in Key West, this is the place. The place was clean and fully loaded with all your necessities to make it feel like home. It is conveniently located to CVS, Publix, shopping, beaches and Downtown. Zach was an amazing host to deal with and checked in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. Perfect place for my family. Will come here again.

Great stay

Condo was clean and well maintained. Property owner responded quickly to questions. We were completely satisfied with our stay and would choose this property again if we ever to the Keys again. It was also a bonus that the owner does fishing charters which was a wonderful time as well.

My name is Zach Bentley. I am a 3rd generation Conch. I love this Island. After graduating with my BS in Hospitality in 2002 I moved home to become a fishing guide since 2003 and a Realtor since 2005. I now have a wife and two small children who can catch fish with the best of them.

This property has a special location because it is Ocean-front and is adjacent to a Marina whose history includes hundreds of IGFA world record fish and tens of thousands of first class charters and commercial fishing trips that once took place here. After undergoing a major development in 2017, today the Marina still houses some of Key West's finest fishing guides. The ocean is what makes Key West special. First, foremost, and period.
