► Please be informed that our pet fee stands at $50.00 per pet for each stay. However, for guests with 2 to 3 pets, an additional fee of $30.00 will be collected separately.

►In addition to welcoming the furry family members, we do have a fenced-in backyard for dogs to run and play. We just please ask that you respect our home and keep all animals crated when you are away, no animals on the furniture, and please pick up after potty time.

This was a great location. It was within walking distance to the square and was in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was decorated so lovely and was very clean.

Incredible property in an incredible town!

Absolutely perfect place to stay and catch an Ole Miss football game. Great host, super clean and incredible location!

Fourth of July Weekend Getaway

I just love this house, it was so neat and clean. The house was cozy, and the neighborhood is really nice and quite! I would definitely stay there again.

The Sivley was a perfect house for our short stay in Oxford. We came down to visit our daughter who lives on campus. The house was so charming and decorated so cute. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Fabulous !!

It was a whimsical, story book cottage but with all the chic , modern day decor and amenities! Spotless, quiet , cozy and welcoming! Truly want to stay again ! Great location ! Excellent communication with the owners ! Must stay in Oxford !

Absolutely adorable home!

We loved this little house. It was in a prime location and we were able to get to the square as well as campus in minutes. We didn’t have a volunteer for the sofa bed so we brought a queen blowup and it would fit in either bedroom or in the living room. We will try to book this one again!

Nice place, great location!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this home. The house is updated and clean. Its in a nice neighborhood that felt very safe. It’s in walking distance to the square and not far from a nice park that has pickleball courts. The only thing it’s lacking is “the extras” we have come to love when staying at vrbo properties, such as a few snacks, bottled water, and bikes/scooters. But other than that, no complaints. 5 stars!!

Super Cute and Clean

Although Morgan Wallen didn't show up for the concert, our house arrangements were great. The house is super cute, it was very clean, and the beds were comfy!! Communication with Ashley was easy. It was about a 30-minute walk to the stadium, which was much better than spending money and waiting on an uber. If I ever need to come back to Oxford, I would choose to stay here for sure.
