Sandestin Beachside Oasis is located in the stunning Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This beachfront property offers breathtaking views and all the amenities of a 5-star resort.

GUEST NOTICE:

Please be advised that renovations are currently underway at the building. Due to this work, noise levels may be impacted during your stay. The renovations are taking place on the exterior of the facility and are scheduled to continue from November 2024 until furthernotice. Several amenities may be affected. The project timeline is beyond the owners' control. We are coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure all guests are informed and inconveniences are minimized. The owner of this property had no control over the construction schedule. We are working to find an end date, however construction is still in progress. We will remove this notification once construction has ended.

Property Description:
This spacious studio apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a California king-size bed, queen-size sofa bed, full-size bathroom, dining table with 4 chairs, sitting chair, and a 6-drawer dresser. The unit is equipped with a TV with cable service and a beachfront balcony on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is newly renovated with granite countertops and full-size appliances, providing everything you need to feel at home. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, extra linens, towels, and basic toiletries.

Enjoy the gorgeous views and ocean sounds, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Beach umbrellas and chairs are provided for your convenience, and a rental shack on the beach offers additional water sports equipment.

Location Amenities:
To access the beach, walk to the ground level, exit through the right gate, and enjoy a short stroll. Guests can dine at the Beach Bar & Grill for lunch or visit the nearby Beach House restaurant and Barefoot Beach Bar at the Hilton. Gas BBQ grills are available on-site.

The property is secured with 24/7 security, gated access, and unit lock codes. Parking is available in covered spaces on the 1st floor or uncovered on the Lobby level. Restrooms are located by the pool and in the lobby.

Just bring your own beach towels and sunscreen!

The location is convenient with a short drive to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, which is home to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including live music, restaurants, and the Rum Runners dueling piano bar.

We really enjoyed the condo. Location was nice with parking close by. Pictures already posted show the flaws in furniture but it’s an extremely affordable condo that was clean with a great view. I think it was worth the price.

The property was great being directly on the beach. The unit itself definitely needs updating and honestly, a good deep clean. Other than that, it was well-worth the money.

We have stayed at Hilton next door forany years but I wanted a kitchen. Everything about the age of the furniture is true, but even the worn fixtures, pans and furnishings do not detract from the view and the amenities. It is worn, but clean and value for the price with a hotel next door going for more than twice this. I broughty Swiffer because the broom just doesn't get the sand all the way up, and u will track it in. Pack a good pan, a mop, and an open mind and you won't be sorry

The condo was nice, comfortable bed and convenient to the beach. Loved the property and amenities available. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The only issue, which was not the host fault, but facilities, that is cleanliness. It appeared the cleaning staff just did the minimal to check the box; did not appear towel/wash rags were washed and yes, towel, there was only one (re-washed them ourselves and went to the store to buy a 2nd towel). Also there was a lot of sand on the condo floor. I understand the condo is at the beach, but I expect a clean floor when I first arrive, not a sandy floor when I haven’t been on the beach yet. That being said, the kitchen and bathroom were clean, no concerns there, just the floors and lack of clean towels/washcloths. Again we had a great time and any interaction with the host was pleasant and timely. I would book again, but the facility staff need to improve on cleaning especially feeling the host is paying for that service.

We can’t wait to come back! It was a very nice stay. Great condo, in a great location, on a spectacular section of the beach. Beautiful view of the beach from the room. The condo was clean and stocked with the necessary items. The Sandestin community was very nice! We appreciated the parking pass and wristbands to access the pool and other facilities. Thank you for the great stay! We can’t wait to come back.

The furnishings and window treatments are in dire need of replacement. The unit desperately needs updating. Small water heater resulted in cold shower and, the dryer had a lot of the ceramic coat worn off- leaving exposed, rust color metal.

Great stay!

We were here for 3 nights and it was a great stay! Super clean and great location/distance from the beach. There was some construction going on but we did not hear it and it did not affect our stay at all. The host was super communicative and very helpful. I recommend staying here 100% you wont be disappointed.

My stay was nice. The only thing I would add is a better lock on the door instead of the chain lock. If someone wanted to kick the door in, they can do so easily. Also add a microwave cover.

It was everything I needed for our stay Using other pool was not even an issue. Did not even hear any construction we had a wonderful week and for being so close to beach I would highly recommend for small party 2 to 3 is not to crowded I would surely book again

Sandestin Beachside Oasis is located in the stunning Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This beach front property has breath taking views and all the amenities of a 5 star resort.

Perfectly situated, this corner unit has amazing Gulf-Front views from the comfort of your King size bed. Enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony as you become entranced by the rhythmic waves and peaceful breeze.

This unit has floor to ceiling balcony window, balcony seating for two, a King size bed, queen size sofa bed, a TV and DVD player.

The fully-equipped, recently renovated kitchen has all the amenities needed to create your own home cooked meal or order in. There is a dining and living area and an in unit washer and dryer is a welcomed feature our guest.

The private balcony with newly installed glass balcony railings overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and offers spectacular views of the sparkling water and shimmering white sand. You are on the 2nd floor so the views are wonderful.

The building offers its guests WiFi, a seasonally-heated solar pool with grills at the pool deck, an exercise room and covered parking.

You are only steps from all the amenities of the resort which will make your vacation memorable. On those nights you want to enjoy an evening out, the Village at Baytowne Wharf offers an array of restaurants from fine dining to pizza, sushi and more. Or catch the latest movie at Grand Boulevard at the new ten-screen cinema. Sandestin's 2400 acres has over five miles of paved trails for jogging and bicycling, a nature walk area, three public golf courses and tennis courts for the tennis enthusiast.
