There are additional linens, and towels in the linen closet. We stock 2 washcloths, 2 Hand towels, and 2 towels in each bathroom as to not clutter the bathroom. For additionals you‘d need go to the linen closet. You have 12 cups which includes 4 wine glasses, 8 plates and multiple utensils. If you stay again, contact us and we can help you locate the items.

These guests arrived early before their reservation actually began. As a courtesy they were allowed into the property before the reservation was official . The guests violated rules by not disclosing they were bringing a pet, and when confronted with having to pay a pet fee, they began complaining of a rug having lint. When housekeeping immediately responded (still prior to their official reservation) they didn’t allow anyone inside to clean or look at the “problem”. The pictures showed typical rug lint. We expect the guests take their shoes off inside the property and it seems that the guests did not or they didn’t properly clean the feet of their pet. The pictures still showed very minor lint. Although we didn’t need their permission to enter and diagnose the problem because their reservation hadn’t officially began, they told our housekeeping staff they were fine and they would call them if they needed them. The guests have taken pictures on the corner of the cross street where the neighborhood puts their bulk trash (not our property) for the city to pick up. These comments are dishonest, and retaliatory as the guests did not want to pay a pet fee. This is an attempt to defame the property, its owners, and cause substantial financial harm.
