This modern 4BR/4BA townhome puts you in the heart of East Nashville and just a 5-10 minute drive of Downtown Broadway, Five Points, and all the other awesome destinations that make Nashville special! Between all of your Nashville adventures you'll find that our home has everything you need– hot tub, game room in the garage, grill on the rooftop deck, cook up dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, or call it a night in one of the 10 beds! I tend to take a hands off approach as the space is totally yours. However, if you need anything, I am quick to respond via Airbnb and someone is always nearby in case of emergency.

Uber or Lyft are reliable in Nashville, however you will enjoy off street parking in the garage and dedicated driveway space if you choose to drive.
