Downtown is less than a 15 minute walk and a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful Deschutes River and walking path.
You will enjoy the completely updated 1940s home with all the charm you would expect, but all the newest amenities you want.
The four bedrooms give you and your family plenty of space to unwind and relax. Large sunny front yard and an all new updated patio in the fenced backyard.
You have access to a one car garage for your toys.
