This stylish 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo has been completely restored, maintaining the original charm and character of the building, while also offering all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

As you step inside, you'll be transported back in time with beautiful historic details such as exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The living room features a sleeper sofa, perfect for accommodating additional guests, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services.

The bedroom is a true haven of comfort, featuring a luxurious king-size bed with premium linens and a variety of pillows to suit your preferences. You'll love the convenience of the en-suite bathroom, with a newly updated walk-in shower and modern fixtures.

This was a light-filled, corner apartment in a really great spot in the art district. Cute area, and we were able to walk to Freight House restaurant. Probably not advisable for cranky, light sleepers, as the street noise was significant. But the bed was comfy and I slept great! The apartment was really clean, and well decorated. Would stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Overall, great! Would mention that finding the entry door to the building itself was a bit tricky… needs a big number on the door or outer wall… also, pretty noisy - but it is right downtown (they did supply ear plugs)! Wonderful location, loved the remodel and decor - very comfortable!

We were just there for a night for the Trisha Yearwood concert, but the condo was great. So close to everything. We walked to the Carson center. Will definitely come back to this place if we come back to Paducah.

This truly is the “Jewell” of Broadway. Incredible interiors, awesome views and extremely comfy! The bed was amazing and the unit had everything we could’ve needed…we will definitely return! One small thing was we had a hard time locating the door to get in. And once we did find it, it was a little hard to find the right unit. Thankfully there’s a great door mat with the branding on it that I remembered.

Our host was very responsive and the condo is just so cute. All the extra little touches. Plus two fans, which if you travel much and are used to sleeping with a fan on, makes for a great night of sleep. The bed was so comfortable and the hot shower soothed my body and throat when i started to feel ill. Such a great place to top off our weekend away.

Charming Downtown Stay

This cute apartment was perfectly located in the heart of Paducah—an ideal spot for exploring downtown on foot with our young family. Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend while celebrating our anniversary. The condo is in a great location that allows for walking to many different restaurants and sites. Parking was no problem.The condo is clean, stylish and just as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely look at staying here again and can recommend it to others.

Wonderful stay. The condo was well equipped to host my husband and I. The condo was very well decorated and beautiful inside. The bedding was very nice with a comfortable bed and spacious room. The kitchen looked well stocked with enough to cooking appliances to be of service. We did not use cooking appliances since we took advantage of the local restaurants that were open. Must try places were Red’s donuts, artisan kitchen, Kirchhoff’s bakery! Frieght House is delicious from what I hear, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay.

Would highly recommend!

This place was so cute and chic, had very cool decorations that were huge talking points for me and my friends. Parking was not a problem at all and had easy access. I felt very safe staying here with all my girls and will definitely book again! The location was perfect for walking downtown at night with added security with two doors to get in. Loved it!

Very comfortable loft

The nicer the place I stay, the more particular I am. This is a 4.6 loft in a centrally located historic area. Easy on the eye, comfortable surrounds, well lit, safe and plenty on space. I would stay there again. Thank you, Beth

We came for business and this is the nicest place I have ever stayed . She has great linens and bed and beautiful decor . You can walk to many restaurants . We happened in to a drag queen show at a bar on Sunday -very fun . Very cute town ! We loved it .
