I don’t think that the location is what I imagined. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The restaurant downstairs is a Thai restaurant which has good reviews, but we never made it there. The bathroom was very small and the fan was very noisy.

The room was spotless.The owner reached out to me the first day to make sure everything was in order.Close to restaurants, tourist sites, etc.

Simple spot that worked for our needs. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. Nice touches to have water and granola bars available. Only small note is that the room decor is pretty sparse and could use a bit more wall art/decor to make it feel a bit more personal.

I have to say, I was a bit skeptical when I found out this place was attached to a Thai restaurant and on a busy road, but my son and I found this to be a very clean and comfortable INN AND I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN! WHEN ALL OF THE PRICES AROUND NEWPORT IN THE SUMMER ARE RIDICULOUS THIS PLACE, WHILE NO FRILLS, WAS A GREAT SPOT AND AT A GREAT PRICE POINT CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! MY SON AND I BOTH HAD A FANTASTIC SLEEP WITH VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS, SHEETS, BEDDING, PILLOWS, LOTS OF TOWELS... and a brand new air conditioner, which is very important to me. I also did not hear any noise from the busy street outside and found the neighborhood to be quite nice.. if you're looking for a good clean place to sleep and plan on spending your time at the beach and exploring Newport and don't really care about all of the frills of a hotel and hangout amenities. This is your place! Sad to say I did not get to try the Thai food although it seemed like an awesome place if I had another night, I would definitely have tried it out!

Great all around.

Very nice clean little room in a good neighborhood. I wish I tried the Thai restaurant. Looked and smelled great. Thought I left my glasses behind, didnt, but the staff was helpful right away. Def recommend.

Great

The room was exactly what the picture showed. Very clean. Simple but perfect for a nights sleep and clean. Close to all amenities we were seeing. Easy instructions to check in.

Nice but noisy

The room was very clean and the check in process was easy. The house is directly on a main road and you hear cars all night. The walls are thin and you can hear people snoring in the room adjacent to you. The tv didn’t work.
