The host is very nice and responds quickly. The apartment could use some hangers and newer towels but overall it’s a nice place to stay.

Property was dirty with pet hair from a previous stay, with pet hair covering the couch, pillows, bed sheets, blanket, and floor, along with a faint smell of animal urine by the couch area.Wifi password was not provided to us for hours after check-in time, and when contacting the host about the password and state of cleanliness, it took hours to get a response, prompting me to contact customer service, who also couldn’t get in contact with them. We went to the Walmart nearby to buy our own small cleaning supplies and an air freshener to make the space feel better.Once we finally made contact with the host, they did offer to clean up the space the next evening, so we allowed them to make an attempt to make things right while we were out. Upon returning after they “cleaned,” the floor was still dirty, causing us to just sweep ourselves.Other things to note on this property:The patio furniture has a nail just sitting in it.The bathroom ceiling above the toilet occasionally drips water down.I would recommend nobody use this property unless you want to be anything but comfortable. Just stay at a hotel instead.

Great place to stay!

Very clean, great communication with owner! Best night sleep!! Bed was so comfortable me and my husband bought us a pillow top like theirs. Would recommend and would stay again.

"problematic" neighbors around

It was ok during the day but some loud and frightening incidents that you can hear clearly through the night .

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a VRBO. The host was very dishonest the place was grossly dirty. When I addressed this with the host her response was it was professionally cleaned. So I sent her pictures. Then she offered to have someone come clean. I told her I have all my personal belongings in the house and I don’t feel comfortable with just having someone come clean that I have zero contact with. Not only that the place sits on a busy street with a lot of noise and noisy neighbors. I know the neighbors wernt moving again. As she tried to clean up her bad review. They like to party upstairs the dog barks non stop. If your liking to rest don’t stay here. Sad part is I actually rented it for a month. Ended up staying only for a week. It was so uncomfortable. The sheets are old the towels smelled musty. TV in mater room is almost on the floor. Top of tv didn’t even barely above the foot of the bed. No sense in hanging a tv if you can’t see it. Coffee maker can’t use regular pods. You have to use the attachment to get it to work. Have to cut out the pod pour the coffee into the attachment then it works. No dishes. Nothing to really cook with. For the price you’re better off getting a hotel cheaper cleaner and not hear a noisy. This place I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. These are the places that give VRBO a bad name. Also there was a switch plate that had a hole in it. Owner replied it’s not an electrical outlet. Don’t waist time or money. On this

To provide additional context, there was initial confusion regarding the reservation dates. The booking was made for a later check-in date; however, the guest arrived a day early expecting access to the property. We communicated the confirmed reservation details and worked to assist as much as possible within platform guidelines. When cleanliness concerns were raised after check-in, we responded promptly and offered to have our professional cleaning team return immediately to address any issues. This offer was declined. The home is professionally cleaned prior to each stay, and no similar concerns had been reported before or after this reservation. Items such as neighborhood activity, street noise, and surrounding environment are disclosed in the listing and are outside of host control. All appliances in the home are functional and include the necessary components for proper use. Regarding the maintenance item mentioned, it does not present a safety hazard, and the property is routinely maintained to meet safety standards. The reservation was made for a longer-term stay; however, the guest chose to depart early. Throughout the stay, we remained responsive and available to resolve concerns. We stand by the condition of the property and the service provided, and we encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can ensure a positive experience

Filed claim w/VRBO Pictures & write up are misleading. ~The best is the last item~ - Advertise with pictures showing the next door apt is a 2 story with their 2nd floor balcony apt is and directly above of rental. Loud. - Replace small (child size) table in dinning area - A smattering of silverware, 2, plates, cups, no ice trays, -Replace velvet sofa with no velvet. Looked dirty. 1 cushion had no fabric, placed sheets down to have a place to sit. Couch is too big for small area so right up to the TV - Remove small tables by couch No room, tops not adhered to rod iron frame - Battery candles that don’t work - Exposed electric cords from bedroom to tv in tv area - Include guest book in plain sight, with Wi-Fi info - Wireless/streaming unreliable. - Small decor chair is not for lounging -Good mattress padded w/uncomfortable layers of something - Replace low bed TV table for tall in Bedroom Can only see top of tv - No drawers, shelving for clothes - Bedroom is small so little place to keep your luggage. - Few hangers in entry shared with supplies. - Bath tiny, 1@ a time -Water heater in bath closet. One shelf avail -No extras,kitchen not stocked,Salt/pepper only - Cookware inefficient - Interior structure update sloppy - Washer loud for small apt Lastly: single cup Keurig would not power on. Host: “ ...The coffee pot should work you have to stand in front of it to make one cup. It’s body sensitive so it will turn off if you walk away from it”

Hello, unfortunately Cindi did not read our listing correctly it seems she has made a mistake with our listing from others.. we did have a problem with the key rig that we replaced immediately after the guest brought it to my attention we made the adjustments… the neighbors upstairs was moving out. It’s unfortunate that i couldn’t help Cindi further in her stay. I appreciate all my guest feedback and i take it very seriously so i can make sure i provide my guest with the best stay. The apartment number was not given until we were already at the complex The house code was not given early either. No electricity in the unit when we finally was able to get in. It was very disappointing we had to pay all this money for such trouble. I have never had an experience like that before. I believe i should of received a partial refund for all the trouble we went through for the first might of our trip.
