Allendale is located on the south side of the north Saskatchewan river and is predominantly a family oriented neighborhood. Location is quite central:

- 15 min drive to downtown and Grant MacEwan
- 14 min drive to West Edmonton Mall
- 10 min walk to Whyte ave with tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and activities for the family

BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

* Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100

* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500
* Lost garage opener= $100

**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.

Xmas Stay

Our stay was fantastic! Would definitely stay again. Love a king size bed and nice to have two beds in the second bedroom for our kids. The location was perfect to visit family…close to Southgate Mall.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The house was perfect for us, very quiet and clean. All the new appliances were fancy, but easy to use! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Home away from home in Edmonton

This was a great space- casual and relaxed. It had everything we wanted, including a great kitchen. It was so close to the Saville centre, several grocery storesand great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean - Close to Whyte Avenue

Very clean and quiet! Stayed for 2 weeks while house being renovated. My partner and I along with our two dogs. Great space had everything we would need! Communication with management was Very swift and easy. Only downside being no access to basement/Door to yard. Therefore everytime our dogs had to go pee/poop we had to hook them up to their leashes, put on our winter gear and take them around the house into the yard. Great accommodation however if we were to bring our dogs with us, I don't believe we would choose to stay at this property again as we found this inconvenient esp. for the 2am pees. Otherwise beautiful home. **Also Garbage looked like had not been picked up for sometime so no room for extra garbage in bins**
