The Valley House, Cortez

Welcome to the Valley House!
This spacious family home is clean, close to town and pet friendly and close to so much outdoor fun and activities!

The house has a full kitchen, two bathrooms, 5 beds in 4 bedrooms and a porch overlooking the corner lot yard. The back patio is set for dinner with lights and patio seating.

The entirety of the house is yours, a two car garage for parking(and ping pong table) and plenty of space for parking outside, even if you bring the toys!
The space
The home is constantly under going new renovations and replacements. The common areas are inviting and open. The bedrooms are clean and simple. The home has multiple sets of stairs, use of own discretion is advised.
Guest access
The front door (purple door) is the best door for coming and going. Please only lock the deadbolt locked and not the other door lock on the front door or you'll need a key. You are free to use the Garage. The one close to the road requires you to manually open it. The other door has a button next to the door going into the house.
Other things to note
Please really look at the listing before you book. Many have disappointed themselves upon arrival because they did not look at the pictures or amenities provided. The ValleyHouse is a short term rental home for short term usage.
