***On-Site Caretaker Suite – Tofino Bylaw: Please note that, in accordance with Tofino Bylaws for licensed vacation rentals, a long-term tenant resides on the property in a separate caretaker suite. This requirement helps support the local community by ensuring that long-term housing remains available for people who live and work in Tofino. Guests have full and private access to the entire vacation rental they have booked. The only shared area is the driveway/parking area. The caretaker has their own separate living space, so guests can still enjoy the privacy and comfort of the vacation rental throughout their stay.

*During peak summer season (July-Aug) 3 night min. with no 1 night gaps in between reservations. If you try to book and receive a "host unavailable" message but the calendar appears open, please send us a message as our software has a few booking rules and may require us to override it.

*3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays

*No smoking or vaping inside or outside the property, the insurance doesn't allow any smoking on-site.

**Sorry no pets allowed-Very strict We are proud to maintain a pet-free, dander-free home to accommodate guests with pet sensitivities. If guests arrive with a pet, we reserve the right to ask them to leave and apply an additional fee for deep cleaning. This policy is clearly stated in our listing to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.

Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
