Home away for home luxury condo living in Chandler

Enjoy your stay at this brand new 2 bed/2 bath resort style luxury condo. You will have private access to this spacious, amenity rich Condo, decorated with a modern style. High speed internet/wi-fi is included. The kitchen is an open floor plan provided with all the necessary kitchenware to create your own delicious meals. Choose to dine at the breakfast bar, or at the table in the open dining area. You can also take the time to relax in the living room with stylish, comfortable furniture, and enjoy your favorite show to stream on the huge 65’ smart television. Your laundry room is conveniently located in the kitchen area.
The bedrooms are very spacious and have been furnished with contemporary bedroom furniture, each bedroom has a king sized bed with comfortable DreamCloud mattresses. If you are still working, you can use the standing/sitting desk for those workdays (but don't work to hard!)
You can also enjoy patio without the too much sun for a cup of coffee, or to start off your happy hour.
You may also want to unwind in the relaxing hot tub, swim within the large pool, or simply visit with company by one of the 4 firepits. There is also a well-furnished work out room and yoga studio available for your use.
The Downtown Ocotillo shops are a very short walk (literally right across the street) with great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and a variety of other services. It’s a great spot for meeting friends for a fun Happy Hour, or enjoying a nice meal offering many different settings and food options!
Take a stroll along the walking paths adjacent to the lovely canals and water features throughout the community, and observe the delightful wildlife.
The central location is close to most everything in the Phoenix metro area, where you can enjoy many championship style golf courses within 10 minutes, or quick access via the freeways to many other courses within the area.
You can also get away to take in Baseball, Spring training, ASU sports and Arizona Pros Sports all within a close vicinity. You may even like to cruise the 300+ miles of bike lanes and paths. There is something for everyone here!
This security building has safe underground parking and has easy access to 10, 202, 101, and a 20 minute drive to Sky Harbor airport

The Cays at Ocotillo is a wonderful place to stay and our hosts, Doug and Mary, were very responsive and provided clear instructions on accessing the condo. The condo was extremely clean and well appointed. The pool is beautiful the workout facility has good equipment and the grounds are well maintained. Additionally there are restaurants within walking distance.

We had an excellent stay at this luxury condo in Chandler. The hosts were outstanding—communication was quick, clear, and genuinely helpful from booking through checkout. The condo itself was beautifully maintained with thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel upscale and comfortable. The location was perfect as well, close to great restaurants, shopping, and easy access to everything in the area. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed place to stay in Ocotillo.

Amazing stay!

Loved our stay here. Our hosts went above and beyond for us with our multiple packages. The place was nicely furnished, spotlessly cleaned, had everything you need for a long term stay! I highly recommend.

Great hospitality

Prime location, easy access to shopping and highways. Great communication from the owner. Nice place with all the amenities that one would need. I would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent stay!

This is our second stay at this property. Beautiful condo with everything you need for an extended stay. The owners are great and very responsive if you need anything. The grounds are well kept up and the pool area is really great. You won't be disappointed in your stay here. Thanks again for a wonderful three months.

Mary and Doug were wonderful hosts! Their condo at the Cays is just beautiful. They really thought of everything. This was our first snowbird stay away from home in retirement. We especially appreciated the grocery wagon, so simple but what a great help! Side note and not kidding the best thanksgiving turkey I ever made, I’ll say it was the stress free stay. The condo and the Cays community were all pretty perfect and if any questions came up Mary and Doug were quick to answer. We also appreciated the guidebooks to the area. It was a beautiful place to stay, Chandler is close to everything you would want and it a very nice city itself, very clean and safe. Thank you again for a beautiful 33 night stay, it will be hard to beat. Theresa and George

Perfect condo with ideal amenities!

I stayed here all summer, and it was absolutely perfect. The condo is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a spacious patio. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the couch, along with the large TV in the living room, was a great space to lounge. The hosts are always easy to reach, but we didn’t need much as we never had any problems. This condo made my summer stay truly enjoyable and comfortable. The condo has fantastic amenities with a large pool, gym, game room, sauna, and had grills outside the condo and at the pool. It is very close to the 101 and 202, restaurants, and grocery stores. Highly recommended staying here!

Fantastic Stay

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at The Cays was exactly as advertised. Upon entering it was clear that Doug and Mary went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Extremely clean, bright and relaxing. The balcony overlooking a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a pond and water feature within eye shot provided a great outdoor spot to read a book or enjoy a conversation. The King size beds were very comfortable and the large TV in the living room gave some nice evening entertainment. The owners provided everything we needed in the kitchen. Underground parking, the pool, and the workout room are wonderful additions to a beautiful facility. There are restaurants and a coffee shop just across the parking lot. Access to the 101 and 202 were close by. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again ourselves.

If I could give this SIX stars, I would!

My husband and I decided to take a few months away from Michigan as "snow birds" for the first time. This property caught our eye and we're so glad we booked it. The condo is absolutely beautiful! It was meticulously clean when we first arrived, and the decor is very inviting. The kitchen is well stocked and even has Henckels knives. I like to cook and had everything I needed. The beds are soooo comfy I actually took pics of the brand and would consider getting this very mattress when we need a new one at home. Beautiful bamboo sheets on the beds that are very comfy too. The Cays property itself is very well maintained and if you enjoy swimming and relaxing in a hot tub, this is the place to be. The pool is very large AND it's heated. When my husband and I were looking for a place to go, the vast majority of properties do not have a heated pool. This was one big draw for us. We met so many nice and fun people at the pool too. Also, golfing at Ocotillo was great! The other thing that is so impressive about this condo is the owners. They are super nice and are very quick to respond if you have questions. We have stayed at numerous condos over the years traveling with our kids and we have not had owners this kind and caring. If this weren't already booked for next winter, we'd have taken this condo again. Do yourself a favor and stay here if the dates align with your needs. You won't be sorry. Huge thanks to Doug and Mary for an absolutely wonderful stay! We appreciate you!
