Walk across the street to the beach, and you’ll have your toes in the sand in a moment’s notice! The living room has a flat screen TV with seating, and there is a stunning view of the marsh and ocean inlet from your private furnished balcony. Relax with a cup of coffee in the morning, or sip a sundowner as the sun sets over the marsh.

-CHECK IN IS 4 P.M. CHECK OUT IS 10 A.M. (EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT UNAVAILABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS)
-MINIMUM RENTER AGE IS 25, PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.
-NON SMOKING Property
-2nd Floor Unit, No Elevator Access
-NO Motorcycles/Trailers/Golfcarts ALLOWED
-No grills permitted for guest use on this property.
- 2 Mariners Cove specific Parking passes will be provided in the unit.
-Daily housekeeping service is not provided
-Washer/dryer located in unit.
-One roll of toilet paper, dish soap and one roll of paper towels are provided in a starter bag.
-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.


Policy Answers:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
