Summary:

Relax in this modern industrial studio loft in downtown Redmond with easy access to shops, restaurants, parks, the airport, and the Dry Canyon Trail. This functional space has a king size bed, full kitchen, comfy living area, full bathroom, and a cool workspace in the loft. BONUS - Also included is a 10'x10' storage room in the basement for your bikes, skis, or whatever you happen to bring along and want to keep secure. With fast internet and a wine bar downstairs, what more could you ask for?

Getting Around:

You'll be within walking distance of everything in downtown. There is no on-site parking available. You'll have to use on-street parking, which is abundant in Redmond. Please do not park on 6th St. The local businesses depend on having those spots available.

Nice location, easy check-in process however, the studio floor was disgustingly dirty. it needed to be mopped. There was spilled food spots everywhere.No mop to be found just a broom. some of the dishes in the cabinets had food on them as well. I relayed this to the host, however I never heard back. Kind of a bummer.

Great location! Found the apartment clean, highly functional, wonderfully decorated, and a number of additional nice touches. Only downside was that I was there for work and could only stay for two nights.!

Exceptional location if you are visiting Redmond. Everything you need is walkable. Excellence assistance and information at Chamber of Commerce which is nearby. Positive experience and well maintained accommodations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great loft

Stayed here for the Fairwell Festival. Great place to unwind. Lots of shops and restaurants right around the location.

Worst experience I've had!

I don't even know where to start. We couldn't access the property via code on the front access door to the lofts. Had to wait 1hr+ to finally access that door, with numerous messages via the vrbo app, then when inside the loft door wouldn't open. After waiting and additional 15+min, we were able to get in the loft. The loft had no a/c, I tried contacting the host again via vrbo app for this issue as well. This time a girl contacted me saying she would work on the A/C which never happened! We couldn't take the heat in the loft anymore ( 100 degrees outside) and no one was answering the vrbo app. We also noticed while inside left over food in containers in the refrigerator. We made the decision to leave and find other accommodations. Whoever I spoke with on the vrbo-host app advised me that the building host was out mountain biking and couldn't help us! Worst experience I've ever had!!

Adorable! Will stay again!!!

We needed a place to stay for the weekend for a going away party for a friend. The hotels around were ridiculous in price, so I decided to look on VRBO. I found this adorable loft with great location and it was comparable to the hotels. WE LOVED IT! Very clean and comfy. It happened to be w/in walking distance from the party and lots of other little shops and restaurants. Will stay again if ever in Redmond!

Overbooked

The property was double booked. Contacted Host and he paid for one night lodging at local hotel. Then we had to find lodging for the next 4 nights. Host did refund original price and said possible software issue. Very disappointing way to start a trip.

Love!!

This property is so COOL! We loved the exposed brick, rafters, everything! Super clean! There is a little traffic noise, but nothing a noise maker didn’t fix! We will be coming back! PS we didn’t put the correct check out date and Nathan was so easy to work with to add an additional night!

convenient, quiet, cozy.

Or location was a high school that was 15 minutes away but was still easy to access from this location. easy walk to great coffee at Junction Roastery and the steakhouse downstairs was fantastic.

Downtown Redmond Studio!

Location is exceptional. Entire downtown area is within walking distance. Lodging was spacious and a perfect match for our needs. Facility was a top notch selection.

Great place

Clean, comfy, cute, and convenient. Quick drive to Smith Rock for climbing. Internet was a little spotty but otherwise no complaints. Great place!

Very nice

I stayed in loft #6 for 5 nights and it was very nice. The unit was recently remodeled in a modern warehouse style. Everything is new except the brick walls. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed is very comfortable, with dense memory foam. There is no carpeting and it was very clean. There is a little street noise but it is distant and not a problem. The windows look out at rooftops and power lines but there is plenty of light and it is completely private.
