Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. While we are glad you found the property itself nice and were able to make the best of your stay, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience these maintenance items caused your group. We pride ourselves on real-time support, and as noted, our local team was immediately dispatched to service the pool and deliver the grill supplies. However, we completely agree that these items should have been fully ready prior to your arrival. Please rest assured that all of these issues have now been fully addressed. Our local maintenance team has successfully repaired the dishwasher, refreshed the grill equipment, and reviewed our pre-arrival inspection protocols to ensure our amenities are in top working order for future stays. We truly appreciate your patience while our local team worked to assist you, and we wish you all the best on your future travels.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the house and that our communication was clear and quick. We aim to make every stay seamless and comfortable, and it’s wonderful to know we hit the mark. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!

Thanks so much! Glad the location and setup worked well for your family, and we really appreciated the smooth communication too. You’re welcome back anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay, as this is certainly not the level of service or comfort we aim to provide. We deeply regret the error on our listing regarding the bed count. Accurate descriptions are essential, and we understand why offering an air mattress fell short of your expectations for a comfortable stay. We have since corrected the listing to ensure future guests have exact expectations. Regarding the ants, sending spray was meant to offer an immediate temporary fix while we arranged a proper solution, but we completely understand that dealing with pest control should never fall on a guest during their vacation. We also appreciate your feedback about the home running hot. While we wish the A/C concern had been raised during your stay so our team could have immediately stepped in to remove the vent blockers and fix the airflow, we are addressing this right away so it is not an issue for future guests. We take your comments very seriously and are using them to make necessary improvements to both the home and our service. We are truly sorry that we fell short during your trip.

Thanks so much for your review! We’re glad you and your dog enjoyed the fenced yard and that the house was clean and comfortable. We appreciate your notes about the front door lock and shower temperature and will look into fixing those. We’d love to host you again anytime!
