Our family stayed here during the Memorial Day weekend and we had the best time. It’s extra clean, uncluttered and the furniture throughout the house is comfortable. Its location is quiet and in a very nice neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo and its location. It was easy walking distance to the beach, the area is beautiful. Even though there were several really nice restaurants nearby, it doesn’t lose the residential feeling. The space was extremely clean and uncluttered but still had nice beach decor. The bedding was clean and mattresses comfortable. The bathrooms had extra towels, all bright and clean. The kitchen was also very nice with modern appliances. We really appreciated the clear directions for checking in, and everything went smoothly. We are looking forward to visiting again, thanks for a wonderful trip.

Perfect location!

We had a great stay in Indian Rocks Beach. Short 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Tons of restaurants close by. Not crowded, traffic never busy. The house was everything we needed. Thank you for a great vacation!

My sun set view

Arrived early and the staff (cleaning) were still working. I was ablw to leave my belongings and head robthe grocery store. Property owner and staff very nice. Great location . Will definitely make a return visit.

Unfortunately will never return back. StillWaiting for my security deposit return over 1.5 months later. We almost did not want to stay as soon as we got there. But was not able to waste time looking for another place in such short timing. As soon as we walked in the unit it was hot, humid and AC was not running properly. Either electricity was turned off. Because Freezer was leaking water and refrozen inside when electricity power on. The host/ maintenance guy enter the unit as soon as we message the host the AC was off and he restarted it and we left to go to the beach. Hoping it should be running and fix by the time we got back. Unfortunately NO. It just ran cool but warm. Later on @10pm the AC turned off again for over 2HRS. Beautiful weather no thunder why electricity not running properly. On top of all Termites wings and crawling termites was on the pullout beds and floors and living room . We took pictures and sent to host when we checked in but nothing was clean properly. No one came to remove them or clean when we left One bathroom’s tub was cracked and some mold on it. We ask for some new pillowcase and sheets and we replaced the bedding ourself nobody clean before we arrived. The host replied and said they recently treated for termites on the back unit attached to the same building and maybe the termites came over into this unit. All I know that is the worse excuse they could give us! We know If you properly want to treat termites you treat entire unit.

Still recovering from hurricane helene

We had a nice stay and the communication with Peter, the owner, was great; however, the property was slightly different than what we were thinking! The property has washer and dryer on site, but not in the unit itself. It also mentioned a grill but we weren’t able to utilize it so had to cook indoors. The listing mentions an office, but it has a living room/kitchen area that could be used with a laptop. The “master bedroom” with the bathroom attached and walk-in closet was the room the kids beds were in and the queen bed was in the other room (likely due to space). The property itself was super close to the beach to walk to, which we loved. The unit just could use some TLC - windows had x’s of tape across a few different windows And the dishwasher and fridge were coming apart at the bottom. We loved Peter and he was great to respond to messages and accommodate an hour later checkout time, but if we come back to the area we will likely check out a different unit/complex.
