Welcome to Bay Tree D15/16, a spacious and private two-story condo tucked at the end of Building D, overlooking a wide expanse of green lawn. This quiet corner location offers extra privacy along with beautiful outdoor spaces and “big views” from the upper sun deck.
One covered parking space is located directly beneath the unit, with an additional space just across from it. Boat parking is available in front of the building, and a private boat slip with electricity and water may be rented for $45 per day — perfect for fishing or coastal cruising.
Please note: This is a two-story condo with an interior spiral staircase and an additional exterior staircase leading upstairs. There is no elevator access. "The community pool is closed for renovations and will re-open at the end of April"

The main living area is comfortable and welcoming, with a well-equipped kitchen featuring:
- An island with seating for three

- Step outside to the main deck just off the living room, where you’ll find:

- Four captain’s chairs with side tables
- Upstairs, you’ll enjoy access to a large sun deck with two chaise lounges, four additional chairs, and sweeping coastal views.

- Guest Bedroom: King bed, large flat-screen TV, access to the upstairs sun deck
- Open Bunk Room: Twin-over-full bunk bed (open loft at the top of the stairs; no door — ideal for children)
