Unless an early check-in is requested and confirmed, homes are not guaranteed to be ready before the scheduled check-in time, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this caused. We also apologize for the missing bed linens for both the basement bed and the hide-a-bed. Additionally, we regret that you were unable to connect with a staff member at our Welcome Center when you arrived later in the evening. Our Welcome Center is not staffed 24 hours a day, but we do have an on-call team member available for emergencies. Unfortunately, they did not receive a notice regarding your need for linens that night, and we are truly sorry for that oversight. We’re sorry, too, that you experienced discomfort with the home’s temperature upon arrival, but we’re glad our staff was able to help resolve this issue during business hours the following day. We also appreciate your comments regarding parking and check-in communication and will take them into consideration as we continue to improve our guest experience. While we are happy to hear that the remainder of your stay was enjoyable, we regret that your first night did not meet expectations.
