Thank you for your feedback. We take all guest experiences seriously and want to provide some additional context for future travelers. During this stay, additional large dogs were brought to the property beyond what was disclosed at booking. This required follow-up on our end and created some challenges during the reservation. Guest privacy is always a priority. As for the yard, we maintain a regular service schedule to keep the property in good condition, which is why a lawn professional visited during your stay. The home is inspected prior to each arrival to ensure it is clean and ready. This is rare and usually happens between stays. We stand by the condition of our home and the experience we provide, as reflected in our many 5-star reviews from other guests. We remain committed to clear communication and delivering a high standard for every stay.

Noah, thank you!...we are so glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to having you back!

Hi Amy, We were very happy to accommodate you and hope to have you again!

Julio, the feeling is mutual and you are welcome back anytime!

We didn't want you to leave either! Thank you for staying with us and we are glad you enjoyed the amenities. Also glad you liked the patio. You are welcome back anytime!

Thank you for the review. We appreciate the feedback. Glad you really enjoyed how comfortable the beds were and had a great stay - and will make sure to adjust the water temperature. We hope to have you back soon!

Hi Kevin, thanks for the great review and hope to have you back soon!

Thank you for your stay and review! There was a VRBO description error and we corrected our listing information regarding tub. We will replace the remote (We assume it was taken by a guest right before your stay). Drain is now flowing. Unfortunately, we never heard from you. Next time you come stay, please reach out to us during the stay and we can address any concerns you have. Thank you! :)

Hello. This is so unfortunate. Especially since VRBO automatically sends access details. This was in addition to us manually sending through the app. We understand not everyone utilizes the app well and we now include our phone number to help with extra assistance. We hope you will come stay again!

Thank you for this review! Unfortunately, we did not hear from you during your stay and wish that we had. It may have been from the gathering that was held during your stay? Either way, we have not had reviews like this (before or after your stay) and the house is professionally deep cleaned after every guest. We did notice after your stay that there was an excessive amount of trash left out? That may have been your issue. Either way, thank you for staying and we would love to have you back!
