Well-appointed kitchen and a full bath. Very comfortable queen-size bed, plus sitting area with view or TV, and a desk/table for dining. This condo is a great set-up for two or as an awesome remote working location.

Did we mention the view? Incredible sound views from everywhere in the condo, and the set-up is designed specifically to maximize the view of the sound. Watch the boats and the birds. Coffee, teas, linens, towels, and beach towels provided for your convenience.

You'll have full private access to the entire studio condo, along with shared community amenities, such as the pool, the yards, the walk-to beach, gazebo, picnic tables, deck, and a great community on the island!

This home is in Eastern North Carolina, near the water. While we have regular pest control visits, you may still encounter a bug or two. The home is professionally cleaned between every guest and bugs just sometimes appear in this region.

ATTENTION BOATERS: All of the boat parking spaces and dock spaces are reserved. There are no available boat spaces at this time. If you wish to bring a boat, please contact me. I live locally and can allow you to park you boat at my place, space permitting.
