Julie and Vincent’s home was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into a place that was both stylish and inviting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and each bedroom was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay relaxing and restful. The backyard was truly stunning — a peaceful oasis with a gorgeous pool and landscaping that looked straight out of a travel magazine. It became one of our favorite places to unwind after exploring the Lisbon area.We did encounter a couple of minor issues with the power and an accidentally locked door, but our hosts responded quickly and kindly, ensuring everything was resolved without disrupting our stay. Their attentiveness and hospitality made a meaningful difference.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend Julie and Vincent’s house to anyone looking for a comfortable, serene, and well‑located stay near Lisbon. It’s a fantastic choice for travelers who appreciate beauty, convenience, and genuinely caring hosts.

Great stay and house near Lisbon!

We had a wonderful visit in Lisbon and this house was a nice getaway from the busy city. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 8 people, the pool area was relaxing and all of us could sit around the table and have a meal together.

This villa was absolutely fantastic!! The villa had everything we needed and the outer space was a dream! The hosts were very responsive and gave great instructions for accessing the villa so after a hectic day of flying was a major relief. We will be recommending this villa to anyone we know who will be travelling to Portugal. Our family had a great time and made even better memories! Thanks again.

The perfect house for relaxation in Sexial. Was here with 6 of my friends and we had ample space, the bathrooms were all clean and had no issues with any of the amenities. The garden is definitely the star of the show, with the pool being amazing in the Portuguese sunshine. The multiple seating options outside also were great in ensuring everyone could relax at the same time. The BBQ/flat top grill is an excellent addition, being so easy to use.The kitchen was spacious and with 2 fridge/freezers, had so much space for all of us to store food.Only recommendation I could make is if you’re here longer than 3-4 days consider renting a car, Ubers can get quite expensive into the city of Lisboa and with limited shops around (only Lidl 10 minute walk away and BP petrol station) may be difficult if you’re not prepared. Overall was an amazing stay and cannot wait to come here again, excellent hosts, excellent house, and excellent ambiance.

Incredible time in Portugal!

We travelled to Portugal as two families each with two kids (8 people in total) and got to stay at this incredible villa. The pictures of the property and its amenities were accurate and, if anything, didn’t fully capture how spacious and comfortable the accommodations were. The bedrooms and washrooms were all clean and comfortable. The living spaces and kitchen were perfectly appointed, and the backyard oasis was exactly what we needed! Location wise, it was great to access highways and was often just 30 mins into downtown Lisbon. Sinatra was close by as well, and we did a day trip down to Lagos.Communications with the host were very responsive and flexible, which made checking in and out quite easy. Honesty is always the best policy and when we had questions or if there was a hiccup or advice we needed, the host was responsive, empathetic and flexible. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this locations and would stay here again, myself!

Mfg

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify several points. Regarding the pool, the listing clearly states before booking that **the pool is not heated**. This information is displayed in the property description and is part of the booking conditions. We were therefore surprised to read complaints about the water temperature, as this was never advertised as a heated pool. Concerning the staff member entering the garden, this was our regular pool maintenance technician. Routine pool maintenance is carried out during guest stays to ensure the pool remains clean and safe to use. This has always been our standard procedure. With respect to the stove, we cannot confirm the reported issue. We were at the house ourselves last week and all burners were functioning normally. Had you informed us during your stay, we would have gladly investigated immediately. The kitchen is our family's own kitchen, not one furnished exclusively as a rental property. It is intentionally equipped with a wide variety of cookware, dishes, and utensils for practical everyday use. While it may not have a perfectly uniform appearance, it is fully equipped for guests. More generally, none of these issues were reported to us during your stay. We always encourage guests to contact us as soon as they encounter a problem so we have the opportunity to resolve it promptly. Unfortunately, communication during your stay was very limited, and without being informed we were unable to assist or address your concerns. We take guest feedback seriously and are always happy to help when concerns are raised during a stay. In this case, we regret that we were not given that opportunity. Kind regards,

Sejour parfait
