Enjoy a remodeled 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom duplex that sleeps up to 5 people walking distance from charming downtown Apex. The home features 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, & an extra long twin bed. It is 1.5 blocks from Salem Street which is exploding w/ restaurants, live music, boutiques, wine & beer tasting, bakeries, coffee and ice cream shops, arts, local train station, skate & sports parks, recreation areas, & walking trails, farmers markets & festivals a short walk away . We take pride in offering a very clean & comfortable stay for all our guests . This is a NO Smoking home. Any evidence of smoking in or around the property will result in a fine / charge added to an account. The home is "pet friendly" pending approval with an additional pet fee . Please add any pet details at the time of your booking request .

Great one night rental

We really liked the house, layout and location which was near lots of restaurants. I highly recommend this house.

Very nice

Weekend in the Raleigh area. Location was great - easy walk to downtown Apex - house was very clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again.

The area is very quaint and it is considered a social community, so you are able to grab a drink and walk and shop. They have concerts throughout the month. It is a very cute community.

Apex Visit

This lovely home is in a great location to downtown Apex. Super clean and comfortable. It has everything you need, especially comfortable beds. We look forward to staying here again.

It was a 360 degree wonderful stay

Everything about our stay was just great. From the house, to the neighborhood, to Salem Street in downtown Apex, and to the host, we were made perfectly comfortable and conveniently entertained. If we have another opportunity to travel to this area, we would certainly contact the host to make another reservation.

Great location for walking to downtown Apex. The third bed isn't really a bed, it's a trundle-type thing, which was a bit disappointing, but the actual beds were very comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Clean comfortable and the neighborhood and location to the downtown area couldn’t have been better. If we ever visit Apex NC again we’ll definitely stay here.

Nice place!Very good location, easy walking distance to downtown Apex. Good-sized rooms and all the furnishings, appliances (especially washer and dryer), beds, etc were really nice.

Clean and Comfortable

Very clean, comfortable and excellent amenities. Enjoyed my stay with my Family. You can walk to local restaurants, pubs and shops. Definitely recommend.*cons: Wasp problem in patio in backyard. There was several inside Banister. My 3 year old Grandson was stungUpstairs Bedroom was Slightly warm, Although air conditioner was on but Fan made it tolerable so it was ok.

Great location, clean and quiet

Nice place to stay for small family, walkable to some dining. Fairly quiet street and neighbors. Clean and easy check in/out procedures. Definitely recommend if Apex area is your destination.

Reunion

We made a trip to visit family we hadn’t seen in a decade. This was the perfect home away from home for us. And we slept better in these beds than we do in ours! Checking in and out was simple. Which is good because we have little children and not much is simple. Grateful.

Great Location

The property was walking distance to downtown Apex. It was not only the perfect location but clean and efficient. It had everything you needed for your stay. A plus side were the mattresses! They were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely love Charming Downtown Historic Apex . I love the idea of feeling comfortable strolling around the neighborhood, looking at the variety of charming homes , strolling into the shops, breweries , boutiques , restaurants, wine bars, bakeries etc. Not to mention ....the easy access to many festivals & activities that Salem street has to offer that are just around the corner from the home.

The home is completely remodeled & you cannot beat the convenient location to enjoy all that downtown Apex has to offer . Plus, its conveniently located to hospitals, downtown Raleigh , freeways, grocery stores , etc
