Great location and beautiful property grounds. We were close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Central location also made it very easy to drive up north to Hanalei and Princeville, or south to Poipu and Waimea. Room was nice and clean, but could use a little refresh. We had issues with the AC which were promptly addressed by the host the next day. I appreciated the excellent communication.

Nice stay

The resort was beautiful and the unit was very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped despite the small size. A wonderful place to stay as a home base for exploring Kauai.

Convenient location, great view, well-furnished

Other than the loud people coming in late and/or leaving very early for LIH, this was a great little space to be. Loved being able to walk on the beach every day - too rough to get in the ocean though :(

This place was just as described. It had everything we needed for out accommodations. The fridge and small appliances were perfect for being able to make light breakfasts and lunches. The bed was comfortable. The a/c really helped on the hotter days. But the absolute best part of this place was a tie between the location and the lanai. The only thing better than the view was Starting and ending every day on a peaceful stretch of the ocean.

Cozy stay at the Islander

Islander at the Beach is a beautiful place to stay. It’s on the beach! Grounds are well kept. The unit has a queen bed, so maybe small for some, but I was on my own and it was perfect. I was not a fan of the high dining table and chairs. Sofa was comfy. Lots of kitchen equipment provided beyond the usual coffee maker (keurig) and microwave. A very pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great view from the Lanai. Ate all our meals outside. Great location between the south/west and north of the island. Steps away from the coconut market and bike/walking path. The kitchen is a bit small but we were able to cook meals and we used the bbq.Next door to Lava Lava restaurant. Great food and ambiance. Response to our emails were quick and efficient. I would recommend this rental.

It was just ok. The room is fine, several towels were stained, smell of mildew and should just be replaced. A nightstand on both sides of the bed and a light source for the lanai would be helpful. Two beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler is provided though they are older. Bathroom is spacious, shower has good water pressure. Location is good. Very well manicured property with pool, hot tub and pool bar. The host was responsive but didn’t seem flexible to adjust check in and check out times without nickel and diming you. All was as described so there were no surprises, but just didn’t get that aloha hospitality feeling that we have been shown by other hosts.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We can’t always be flexible on arrival and departure times due to our schedule so we kindly ask you to plan your vacation accordingly. Aloha is word often misused which is unfortunate and has nothing to do with a request that we can’t accommodate due to our team’s schedule. Mahalo, Premier Kauai Ohana

The best location & perfect space for two!!

My boyfriend and I go to school on Oahu but took the weekend to stay on Kauai. It was our first time visiting and honestly for the money, could not have gotten a better stay. The only downside I will say is the walls are EXTREMELY thin. We could hear almost everything the neighbors were saying due to the door inside that has been boarded up so we can’t actually access their room but sure can hear everything. The unit is placed where it is no more than a 5 minute walk to coconut marketplace which has many shops, restaurants, etc. I do feel there could have been better amenities provided to us since there were things listed but were missing. We only had one K-Cup for coffee for a 3 night stay as well as having no snorkels. Other than that, we have no complaints. It was very clean and had a wonderful view. We absolutely loved it and would love to return in the future!
