The Edgewater Beach Resort is located right on the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico on Miramar Beach, The curved ship design of the building allows every guest to have a view of the beach! Within just a few steps you can be on the sugar white sand enjoying the Florida sunshine. This area also offers lots of shopping and Gulf front restaurants.

Edgewater 204 is a 3 bedroom 3 bath on the ground level. In the main living area there is a large couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals or tasty drinks for your family.

The master bedroom offers a King bed and large flat screen tv for your view pleasure. Next to the bed you will notice a private exit to your covered patio, nothing like waking up to a view that beautiful! This room boasts its own private luxury bath.

The next room provides a king bed as well as a private bath, while the third room has a queen bed and shared bath in the hallway. Each room comes with a flat screen Tv.

First Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Patio Access, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

*Boats, golf carts, storage trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated Christmas through February.
