The Space:
Your dream Muskoka getaway awaits you here on Fairy Lake. This custom designed luxurious modern home will impress you from the moment you pull up the driveway. Custom designed details throughout the property highlight the quality of craftsmanship and dedication to design, comfort & quality.

Expanding 3 floors, upon entry you'll be wowed by the floor to ceiling windows in the open concept living/dining/kitchen offering expansive & unobstructed views of Fairy Lake, with direct access to the lake & backyard via sliding doors. The spacious & well-equipped kitchen makes it the perfect spot to make some amazing meals, have a glass of wine & soak up the incredible views of Muskoka. The custom designed furniture & woodwork will capture your eye with all of the beautiful details throughout. Put on your favourite playlist using the bluetooth controlled sound system with built in ceiling speakers throughout the main living space, or throw on a vinyl record with the provided record player to hear some favourites. Hop in the hot tub or enjoy the wood burning fireplace and outdoor fire pit throughout the colder seasons- making this an ideal spot for year-round adventures.

Bedrooms: Five spacious, comfortable bedrooms await you.

Bedroom #1 (primary bedroom second floor):

Bedroom #2 (primary bedroom second floor):

Bedroom #3 (second floor):

Bedroom #4 (main floor):
- Queen size bed, located on the main floor (no stairs), private ensuite with heated floors, walk-in closet, direct access to patio & hot tub via sliding doors, luxury hotel quality linens & towels, 50" Smart TV, remote controlled blinds.

Bedroom #5 (main floor):
- King size bed, private ensuite, walk-in closet, private balcony with lake views, luxury hotel quality linens & pillows, remote controlled blinds.

Bathrooms:
Featuring a total of 6.5 bathrooms in the house, with each bedroom having their own full private ensuite. There is also a full private bathroom in the basement & a powder room located on the main floor by the entrance. Each bathroom has heated floors throughout, and has either a walk-in shower or tub/shower combo. All towels & toiletries are provided.

Outdoors:
Guests have full access to the outdoor amenities of the property which includes a hot tub, direct lake access to Fairy Lake with private dock for boating/swimming/fishing, outdoor dining for 10 & lounge furniture, fire pit (guests must obey & adhere to all local burning by-laws & fire ratings), and propane BBQ. There is a newly constructed dock with a ladder which allows for easy access to the water of Fairy Lake and there are 2 kayaks available for guests to use during their stay. A total of 4 life jackets are also provided to guests (2 youth, 2 adult). **We ask all of our guests to respect the outdoors & property & do not litter anywhere on the property. There is an ashtray provided on the outdoor dining table to extinguish any smoking items.**

Basement:
The spacious & playful basement takes this property to the next level. In the basement you'll find great amenities such as:
- a media space with 65" smart TV & spacious sectional sofa to watch a movie at the end of a beautiful day in Muskoka.
- a fully equipped second kitchen complete with full size fridge/freezer with ice maker & water filter, full size dishwasher, island seating for 3, custom wood cabinetry & details throughout.
- a beautiful custom pool table with 4 cues so guests can enjoy some fun & games. Please play with great care & place the pool table cover on when finished & checked out.
- a brand new foosball table so the kids can enjoy some fun too!
- home gym set up with machines for diverse workouts, exercise bike, weight rack & bench and yoga mats as well as a 55 inch smart TV for some extra motivation if needed.

Other:
- Garage- there is space for up to 2 vehicles in the garage should you desire access to it. Please indicate this in your messages prior to booking & we will give you the code prior to arrival.
- EV charging outlet inside the garage as well should you be arriving in an electric vehicle.
- There is a spacious laundry room on the second floor which guests will have access to as well during their stay if needed. All laundry supplies are provided.

Other things to note:
**First & foremost, we are required by the town of Huntsville to obtain a short term rental license to operate this property for a maximum of 10 people total.
The license can be found in the front entryway window of the house.**

Please note the following about the property:

- Strict No Party/Event policy in place.
- Strict No Smoking/Vaping inside the house or garage. If you choose to smoke please smoke outdoors & dispose of cigarette butts & ashes in the provided ashtray.
- Due to allergies to other potential guests, please no pets.
- We ask our guests to take their garbage & recycling & dispose of it in the garage throughout their stay & at check out. There are larger bins in there to make it easy for everyone.
- General tidy up after your stay is appreciated (running the dishwasher, taking garbage/recycling to the garage, general light clean up). Thank you.
