As well as beaches, dunes, forest trails, lakes and Honeyman Park all a short drive away. This house is spacious, with lots of amenities geared for families and extra, extra parking. You can bring your whole family, the dog, and your boat! Make this your Florence home away from home.



You enter the home directly into the main living area with a hall closet on the right and the door to the master suite on the left. The main space includes a comfortable sitting area with two armchairs and side tables, a coffee table, and a massively oversized couch. It’s amazing!!! A sliding door leads to a deck in a fenced off portion of the backyard. The dining space includes a table for 4 and barstool seating for another 3 at the kitchen counter. There is a clip on high chair available for families with babies and toddlers.
The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you should need to prepare delicious meals. Essential items provided include paper towels, sponges, extra trash bags, detergent and soap, spices, salt & pepper, oil & vinegar, and a well stocked coffee and tea station. We provide a selection of Starbucks K-cup pods and Twinnings teabags, and an assortment of real and artificial sweeteners and creamers. There is a regular coffee maker available if you wish to bring your own grounds.
All bedrooms closets include an extra blanket, a luggage rack, hangers, a laundry basket, and a fan(for white noise and air circulation if needed). The master closet also contains a pack and play, baby tub, and other useful items for families with really young people.
All bedrooms have their own TVs but they are not connected to cable or satellite tv. Only the living room has Spectum TV.
The laundry closet is located in the hallway leading to the other bedrooms. The cabinets above the washer will be stocked with enough laundry supplies for several loads. In this space you will also find extra cleaning supplies and a first aid kit.
A smaller closet down the hall is where extra towels and linens are keeps. Including specially marked towels to use on dogs or for extra dirty days and the dunes.
A small desk/workspace can be found in the queen bedroom closet and the Bunkbed room has a fun selection of board games and activities for kids.
