The Space:
The house is lovingly designed and prepared for your arrival, with details in every corner that create an atmosphere of peace and harmony. It is fresh and welcomes you clean and equipped. It consists of:

-4 bedrooms with soft beds, closet, fan and balcony.
-The master bedroom has Smart Tv so you do not miss your favorite shows.
-4 full bathrooms and 2 half baths with towels and hygiene amenities.
-Kitchen equipped to cook all your food and snacks; including coffee maker to enjoy your morning coffee.
-Dining and living room.
-Studio.
-Private swimming pool.
-Rustic BBQ with utensils.
-Terrace with outdoor furniture.
-Beautiful and spacious green areas.
-Palapa.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, you will also have at your disposal a washing machine and basic cleaning products.

Guest Access:
We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of the property to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve :)

In case your arrival is after 5pm, the person in charge of handing over the keys of the property will have to stay overnight on site. We want to make sure that your arrival is as comfortable and safe as possible, so we have arranged separate and exclusive accommodation for our staff on the property.

The Neighborhood:
The property is very well located, in front of Tequesquitengo Lake. Within walking distance you will find a variety of local activities, yacht clubs, restaurants, stores and more.

*Skydive Mexico - Skydiving Tequesquitengo 7 minutes away.
*Bungy Teques 12 minutes away.
*Jardines de Mexico 20 minutes away.
*El Rollo Water Park 30 minutes away.

The closest supermarket is Soriana 20 minutes away by car, you will also find an Oxxo 5 minutes away.

Getting Around:
We suggest you arrive at the property by car. If you don't have one, you can take a cab or use mobility apps.

From Mexico City it will take you approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.

From Cuernavaca it will take you 45 minutes approximately.

Good news! The property has a grill and utensils. We recommend bringing a bag of charcoal.

The property has incredible views of the lake, however we do not have direct access to it.

The use of the washing machine is upon request.

For security reasons, we ask you to keep the mosquito nets on and avoid leaving food lying around.

In case of renting our property for more than 5 days, it is necessary to perform maintenance to the swimming pool.

We will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay, you will feel happy and welcome in this property.
-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
