This studio apartment was great! The back porch and pool on the grounds was a plus.Checkin was simple.It’s a short drive to Ptown and there’s a also a bus stop nearby.

She was super communicative and understanding! The location couldn’t be better and it was a super quaint little spot for us. Internet service there is almost non existent however.

Unfortunately, the weather was lacking during our stay, but accommodations were excellent. Barbara made everything very easy for us, directions and check-in/check-out information was clear. Neighbors were respectful of quiet hours and we all slept well! We would be happy to stay again.

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway!

The property was great. Plenty of room. Comfy beds. Loved the deck for early morning tea. Close to the beach and just 10 min to P-Town. Barbara was super responsive and helped when we had questions. We would stay here again, for sure.

Summer Truro trip

Everything about the property was great and everyone was very nice and friendly. Furniture was uncomfortable and could definitely use some updating.

Unreal Stay in North Truro

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The place was exactly what we were looking for. It is located on the corner with plenty of space inside. The private deck was definitely the highlight of our stay! Although we didn’t luck out with the sunniest of weather, we were able to use the pool and take the shuttle (which stops right out front of the condo) into P-Town. Barbara was an amazing host, assisting us with any questions throughout our stay!

1st time to Provincetown

Property was exactly as pictured on the website!! Very clean and well maintained. We got groceries on the way in to town and stored them in the kitchen. We made use of the deck out back, playing Yahtzee and enjoying the weather and the view. We can't wait to come back to North Truro amd visit Ptown again.

Awesome Spot!!

Everything was great about it, starting with Barbara! She was on point with preparing the place for us and helping with a smooth vacation. It was super clean. The balcony was awesome for meals and sunsets. The kitchen was stocked with, plates, cups, pots etc. AC worked great and ceiling fan. Pool super clean. Close to beaches and Ptown! Everyone was so nice. There's a chair lift for the second floor if you need it! Large parking lots. We loved it and hope to go back again!

Excellent, Well Thought Out Studio Lodging

My wife and I (both 77) stayed for a week in mid-September 2021. This studio apartment is excellent. The owner has thought of everything visitors might need — from beach chairs, kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, comfortable couch and two queen beds, and deck for morning coffee. Very close to Truro town beaches, National Park, and Provincetown. Do not miss sunset on Corn Hill Beach.

Time in New England took me away

We loved our pied-a-terre at the Braemar, it was cute and just enough for two people. Bath and kitchen were clean as were the sheets. No drawbacks worth mentioning. If you’re going to be all over the Outer cape, this is the place to rest your head at night.

Wonderful getaway

This was a great time for the family. Easy accessibility to Provincetown and the National park beaches. Makes for a quiet and serene vacation. Room was spacious and well kept.

Comfortable and close to beaches

Nice and very clean property! Good access to most places

We had a great time at this condo. It was perfect place during this covid times as they was no shared ventilation with anyone like in the big hotels. The place was very clean when we arrived and kitchen had all the equipment that we needed, so very convenient with the kids. There is an awesome beach Head of the meadows nearby which we explored. Good place for kids to catch the waves and beautiful sunrise! Ptown is a few min drive, so good access to awesome beaches and restaurants. There are bike trails nearby and our favorite was the provincelands bike trail in ptown. Overall, this place was central and convenient drive to most beaches, restaurants, trails etc. we really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back !

We LOVE Truro. This property was right where we wanted to be.

This was a perfect spot to spend the weekend in The Outer Cape. Probably wouldn’t stay a week with a family of 4. Would be great for a couple. The location for us was key!

Nice spot, very clean!

The condo was exceptionally clean - certainly reassuring during a pandemic. Nice deck off back, easy check in. Location makes for a nice bike ride into Provincetown (about 9 to 10 miles round trip). Days Market just down Shore Road is worth the visit for good breakfasts and good lobster rolls. Take in at least one sunset at Herring Cove.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Property was very clean when we arrived. WiFi signal was very spotty. Not a huge deal for us, but something to be aware if if trying to work from the condo.

Perfect condo

We enjoyed every minute at the Braemar. The condo was perfect for us. Pool is great and proximity to beaches and P-town is great. The Head of the Meadow beach is great with kids. Barbara was very helpful during our stay. The COVID situation was handled very seriously. We strongly recommend.

Perfect location and POOL!!!

Awesome that it’s a corner unit with a patio!!! We slept with the patio door screen open and the side windows which was lovely as it was very hot out and I don’t like AC. The unit was equipped with all we needed. And the pool of the complex was just redone in July. It’s a beautiful pool. VERY clean and 10 feet deep. Also amazingly close to PTown where we went, daily. Only 12 minute drive. We hung out at Race Point Beach and saw lots of seals and birds. And the most amazing sunset. On Monday we went to the local farmers market and purchased dinner for the evening. We brought most of our food from home as there is only one grocery store in PTown and the others are too far away. So pack your food. Their fridge was clean and cold. And plenty of ice cube trays 🙌🏻✌️

Perfect Location

My husband, 8 yr old, 6 yr old and myself had a wonderful week long stay at Barbara and Roger’s condo. It was exceptionally clean, the queen beds were comfy and the private deck was a wonderful place to eat breakfast and have a cocktail. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to prepare lunches for the beach and cook dinner in as well. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. We would definitely return.

Excellent location

Gentleman at the front desk was great & so very helpful getting us aclimated with the area. The drive to Provincetown, Provincetown, the bay & the Head of the Meadows beach are absolute must see! Dining is awesome as well! Loved it & will be back!
