The property was nice and big once inside. Be prepare to walk up and down stairs because it's on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The bathrooms were not as clean. There were long strands of hair everywhere inside the shower upstairs where I stayed and the toilets weren't wiped down. It rained a lot and water settles on the walkway of the building to the parking causing you to have to walk in water. There is no escaping it. I would advised that being fix caused it's a nasty feeling having to do that then trying to find ways of drying your feet and slippers off once in your vehicle and if wearing something long it's going to getting wet. Other than those minor issues the place itself was nice.

Fun trip

The property was in a good location and convenient to the trolley. It could use a little fixing up but overall the property was good and i would stay again.

New Orleans Spring Break

The location was perfect! Close enough that we could walk a few miles and easily access WWII museum and aquarium. The 2 level condo allows privacy for all the guests, ample bathrooms to bedroom ratio and nice kitchen set up!

Not to far from bourbon st. Or French Quarters you can either take the trolley or just simply walk

Couples new years trip

Great location to most attractions, this was during the terror attack but the city didn’t slow down much. Neighborhood looks sketchy but felt safe staying here. Parking on street is cool not a lot of traffic in area

New Orleans Trip

Easy to locate, nice quiet neighborhood, street parking only. Close to nice restaurants and access to the trolley. The home was really clean, very spacious, secure. We slept comfortably. Thank you.

From CLT to LA

When we pulled up to the property we thought that it was going to be rough but we changed our minds once we went inside the house. It was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and it was spacious for us to have our own space. Thank you for a great stay!

Love the town, the atmosphere, and this house was great. Nearby construction made it hard to fine but once we did, we had a blat.

Great location, two blocks from the St Charles streetcar line that takes you straight to Canal and Bourbon Street. We had plenty of room for the six of us, lots of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.The air conditioning didn't seem to be working, and the windows didn't open, so it was pretty warm. The floors weren't very clean, and we couldn't find any cleaning supplies; I think at having a broom and dustpan and some spray cleaner would be nice.Overall, satisfied with our stay here!

Our only complaint was the floors were not very clean. Left the bottoms of our feet quite dirty and dirt and dust stuck to them. Would also reccomend some throw blankets.Other than that this was a great location and quiet place to stay. Not too far from the action but we were still able to have peaceful evenings to recharge before doing it all again.

Good option for new orleans

Overall a good place to stay, great location to get to the French Quarter, Garden District, Superdome. Property is 2 levels so you can spread out. Could be a little cleaner, bathroom tile needs scrubbed and there is dirt/grime on some bedroom and hallway walls. Very quiet spot, couldn’t hear anything from other units in the building.

No frills place to stay

Overall property has plenty of space. In fair location a couple blocks off St. Charles. No dedicated off street parking. If you just need a place to stay with enough bedrooms to accommodate a large group then this fits the bill. Lacks charm of true New Orleans home as this is very clearly a place built exclusively for hosting short term rental guests.

70th birthday trip

Property was in a good location. Some of the dressers in the bedrooms should be replaced. A TV in the upstairs bedroom did not work. The height of the kitchen cabinets is very high so a step stool would be helpful. Overall we had a nice stay.

Budget option

Fine if you’re on a budget. Area is okay, surrounded by a lot of other short term rentals. The apartment itself had some mold, we had a few bugs in our room, and our shower was stained. The sheets and towels were clean though, which is most important to me.
