Please note that parts of the building are under construction, with work being done on the exterior. The balconies are not accessible, and there is blue tape on the windows. The condo is still available for rent, and the rates reflect these conditions. We have 8 condos in the building, so you can always check with me before booking, and I will let you know which ones are fully finished or work has not started yet. Please be aware that no further compensation will be provided after your arrival

All of our Luau condos include the Resort shuttle.
This winter they are repainting the outside. During certain times, the balcony will be locked off and not accessible. Rate reflect this. Email with questions please.

This fifth floor building two Luau one bedroom is perfect for business travelers, couples or small families and comes with the flexibility to be rented with the lock off next door. Luau's close proximity to the Sandestin Hilton and beach make it great for both business and pleasure. Many travelers with conferences at the Hilton find Luau to be a great alternative to staying directly in the hotel.

The one bedroom at Luau is larger than many of the local hotel's suites and comes with an expansive private balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico as well as a full kitchen and spacious dining area. Our one bedroom at Luau comes with a king sized bed and pull out sofa in case you have a child in your party and sleeps four comfortably. It has a flat screen TV in the bedroom as well as living room. The private balcony also has seating in case you want to have your morning coffee outside or watch one Destin's spectacular fall sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

This fifth floor one bedroom looks out over the SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort , the beautiful beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. The nicely appointed one bedroom is part of a unique lock off set up and can be rented separately or in conjunction with the studio next door. The one bedroom option is perfect for a couple on a getaway weekend, a small family or if you have business or a conference at the Hilton.

Being so close to the Hilton and The Beach House means that you do have several restaurants, from casual outdoor beachfront dining to the prime steaks and seafood at Seagar's all within a couple of minutes' walk from the condo. Also, the Hilton has the Serenity by the Sea Spa that consistently ranks as one of Destin's best spas. Planning your trip? Luau has one of the nicest pool areas in SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort, complete with waterfall, separate kiddie pool area and hot tub. The pool deck also has its own seasonal snack bar and often during weekends in season has live music. Luau also has a fitness center equipped with modern treadmills, stationary bikes and weight machine.

House rules
- We reserve the right to not accept a reservation due to length of stay or booking errors.
- Primary renter must be 25 and must be always present.
- No Smoking, No pets no exceptions.
- Signed Rental agreement plus copy of Driver's License is required to gain access to the rental. If not returned within 3 days of making the reservation, your reservation will be cancelled with a $100 admin fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.
