Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Place to stay in Reunion area

This was a good place to stay in the Reunion area. Very clean. A few issues with the townhouse. When we arrived it took a minute to unlock the door, 10 numbers is a lot to put in, then you need to turn to the left ( I kept turning to right and getting timed out ). The smoke detector was beeping in the kitchen, I text and they said someone would come out with new batteries, that never happen, so we just took it off the wall. Good thing there wasn’t a fire. We could not get the remote for the main living room TV to work. There were no batteries in the remotes in the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms. We took batteries from the only one that had them and tried to use the master bedroom TV, but it didn’t want to work either. So we just watch TV in the front living area. They had 3 small recliners, 2 were broken. There was a broken light bulb on the garage floor. The kids bedroom one bed was made and the other was not. Definitely improvements could be made to the kitchen floor, master bathroom floor in front of the shower, also the door doesn’t shut all the way so the water comes out of the shower onto the the floor. It would have been nice to have a book explaining the TV, air condition, check out instructions and restaurants in the area. Parking wasn’t great, didn’t see any guest spots. We only had 2 at best, one in the garage (would have been tight for us having a Yukon) and in front of the garage. It is nice to have a kitchen and a dinning area.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN

Booked this house for 4 nights. When we arrived, the entrance gate required a magnetic key card, which we did not have. We sat and waited until a random resident of the community came by and opened the gate for us. The next morning we found that only one bath towel was provided (we had five guests in our party). We also discovered that the swimming pool area required a magnetic key card to access, which we also did not have. I called the property management company to report the issues, and was told that they would delivered shortly. The towels were not delivered until SEVEN hours later. Even then, no key for pool access was provided! I called customer service and spoke with a supervisor (Kristin) who said she would arrange to have the key delivered that evening and that she would call me back to make sure that it got done. I never heard back from her again, and no key was ever delivered. When I tried to call again to check on the status of the key, I waited on hold for 20 minutes and gave up when no one answered the phone. Finally, on our last day a guy from the property management company arrived right on time and in a very unfriendly manner hurried us out. We said we needed about ten more minutes to pack, but he was gruff stated we had to leave immediately. In summary, the house is very nice and I would like to stay here again; however, the property management company is terrible and interacting with them was a nightmare so I will not consider this place again.
