Our 600 square foot two bedroom "tiny home" cottage has vaulted ceilings that offer expansive views of the stars and surrounding scenic environment. Each climate-controlled cottage comes equipped with a full kitchen, king bedroom, queen bedroom, and pull-out sofa in the separate living space. Explore your horizons from your own private veranda. The Explore cabin was new and clean. The property was beautiful and our family really enjoyed hiking around in search of the waterfalls onsite.

We enjoyed the property. It's a little hard to see at night. We used the church across the street as a reference - maybe a reflector by the road?

Well appointed, clean, nice

This small, newer home was great…nice sized bedrooms and bathroom, beautiful kitchen and living room. Very clean. Well insulated so we didn’t hear traffic much at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Munising

We stayed in a two-bedroom unit for one night, but wish we had longer! There is plenty of room in these new units and a full kitchen. The trails on the property were a nice way to start the day.

It was like staying at home. It was clean and absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very nice size. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is amazing and you have everything you need. The most surprising addition is that there is a combo washer and dryer for clothes, which is incredible! Don’t hesitate, don’t keep looking! This is the place for you and your family/friends! Truly hope to be back!!

Excellent rental!

This place was amazing! Excellent location, and the home is super new, extremely clean and high quality. One of our favorite rentals so far! Bright, cheerful & convienent. Very spacious for my family of 3. They even leave you a little pack for a night fire. Only regret not staying longer!

Perfect Cabin

We rented the a two bedroom cabin while we explored Munising - it was our perfect retreat after hiking, biking, and boating!

Newly constructed and designed for the outdoor enthusiast, we offer snowmobilers, hikers, bikers, and adventure-seekers a perfect blend of midwest hospitality and private accommodations. Directly on M28 on the edge of the city limits. Alger Falls is on our property. M94/M28 intersection is 100 yards from our site. We are one mile from downtown Munising and the waterfront.

WINTER: the perfect choice for snowmobilers and winter adventurers! We are located on trail 419, which goes through Munising's downtown and connects to everything in the UP. You can take your sled right to your door and can park your truck and trailer on our property and on the trail, just a half mile up from our site. Easy on and easy off, makes this the best choice for snowmobilers in the central UP.

SUMMER: we offer four waterfalls and two and a half miles of hiking trail for you to explore right out your front door. The ultimate summer adventure destination!

Four waterfalls, 200 acres to explore, hiking trails, patios with adirondack chairs and solo stoves, kitchenettes/kitchens, toasters, dishware, drinkware, silverware, units close to the road for accessibility and units away from the road with better views and more seclusion, The primary UP ATV/ORV TRAIL goes through the property, just a hundred yards from the cabins (through the woods so there is no noise from the trail). We also offer daily guided hikes through the trail system, allowing viewings of each of the waterfalls. The hike will end with the Guide lighting a fire in our Starry-vista firepit where guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the evening at the fire awaiting the first appearance of the stars.
