Fantastic location!

Brilliant location. Minutes from Busch Gardens, fantastic after a busy day at the park. Nice and cool. Communication excellent. Loved this place, the only downside was plastic on the beds protecting the mattresses.

Happy Spot

Wonderful stay. The home is fun and clean. Close to everything. We had no kids with us but if we had, they would have loved it. The owner is easy to reach out and an awesome. Come visit, you won't be disappointed! Would definitely stay again

Winter School Break trip

Enjoyable Stay

The house was great. We really enjoyed our stay here. They had everything we needed and we loved that they had some kid things such as kids books, high chair, etc. There was plenty of space and enough places to sleep. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend and would stay again. The location is also great!

Awesome location and a beautiful home!

This property had everything we wanted during our stay in Tampa. The home was very clean, and the pool was a huge bonus after a long day at Busch Gardens. We will definitely be staying here again during our next trip. The owner was very nice and accommodating to anything we needed.

Busch gardens back door

This property is beautiful! Newly renovated, comfortable beds, and everything you need when you stay away from home. My very picky mother is even loved it, will be back

Summit Cheer stay & more

We cheered, went to hockey game, beach, Main Event, and even went swimming here on site. This place allowed us to get everywhere we needed to take care of cheer business and have fun. It was spacious, everyone was comfortable, and the decor was well thought out. There was nothing we needed that she didn’t have! Communication was great!

Great location and host

the property was a little challenging for those who may have ambulatory issues, lots of uneven doorways and steps. A little noisy during the weekend we stayed with traffic.

Uneven doorways and steps i don't agree..any who thanks to the Mr he loved the home. It's equipped with handrails in the showers and for 2 step down stairs in the home for easier access and safety..and you showed up an hour and more early which was not approved and I was still working on the home and you were still welcomed which i do charge extra..the overview of home let's you know that you're directly in the. Middle of everything this is a tourist neighborhood with trains and Rollercoasters.etc.thank you for choosing Cynthia's villa hope to see you again!!!

Best VRBO yet

My family and i traveled to Tampa to go to Busch Gardens. How awesome it was to find a house directly in back yard of busch gardens. The kids swam in pool while watching the roller coasters. It made them so excited for the next day. The house had everything we needed and more. It was themed like a jungle matching busch garden. The owner was so gracious and responsive. thanks we will come again.

Great home for Busch Gardens or USF trip

Great house for a family visiting USF or Busch Gardens. 5 minutes to both. Kids will enjoy the backyard with views of the roller coasters, pool, and perfect view of fireworks from the park.

Sweet Four-day Getaway

We just wrapped up an incredible stay at this VRBO and can’t say enough good things. The host was phenomenal, super responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was fast and flawless, which really sets the bar high for any future stays.The home itself was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials (and then some). The location is fantastic, literally minutes from Busch Gardens, which made our trip so convenient.One of our favorite moments was watching the Busch Gardens fireworks right from the pool. Such a cool bonus we didn’t expect!This is officially our new go-to spot whenever we’re in Tampa. Already looking forward to coming back soon!TV's in each room was a hit for my gamer sons.

Family trip

Property is clean and spacious, lots of thoughts to detail. Great communication. Beds were comfortable, we had very windy and wet weather but had a coffee on covered lanai but on a nice day the backyard is a great space. Would stay here again! The for the thoughtful bday gift for our 15yo.

Wonderful trip!

We stayed here to attend my daughters graduation from USF and would highly recommend the property for ANY reason!! The location to the University and to Busch Gardens can't be beat!! It was just 2 of us but the property is well laid out with the Master on one side of the house and 3 additional bedroom on the other. Communication was smooth, upbeat and timely! Our host even left a graduation balloon and card for my daughter.....above and beyond expectations!! Plan to stay here whenever I go to Tampa to visit my daughter (now moving on to her PhD).

Proximity To Busch Gardens

House has 4 good size bedrooms, nice dinning room, well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. The outdoor are is nice and well maintained. We loved the bench in the front yard and used it to watch Busch Gardens fireworks every night. Communication with the host was superb. The house is well stocked with items you may have forgotten to pack. Restaurants are close by as well as CVS and grocery stores.

BEAUTIFUL

We spent 3 days a great time. The owner provided snacks, it was very clean, the backyard was beautiful. We sat by the pool and you could see Busch Gardens. We went to the Tampa zoo and Busch Gardens, and it was close to both parks we had 6 teenagers, and for adults. There were plenty of space and beds. Everything worked in the kitchen. The whole place had a Safari theme, which went with the parks. Great stay. Sherrell was easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved Cynthia’s accommodations, and we would definitely book again.

Would definitely stay here again

House was as advertised. Beds were more than sufficient. House was clean. Covered backyard was nice. The only issue we had was noise. The road beside the house is a busy road. The bedrooms on that side of the house could hear all the traffic and frequently passing emergency vehicles. Also, the house behind this house had more than one party. It seemed like college aged kids but they were very loud. They partied both Friday and Saturday night. This may also be a rental house, so I don't know if it is a regular occurrence. Over all, the house was good. Far better than a hotel.

Cold water

A/C only worked half of house, No hot water after leaving a running several minutes was lukewarm. One bathroom toilet had throw up on toilet and cockroaches were dying but not dead. Had to boil water to wash dishes no dishwasher. Fireplace is misleading a plug in. Positive was within walking range of Busch Gardens.

I wish you had called me if you had this may concerns..i do have pictires of how the property was prepared for your arrival.i would never allow your family in with throwup i clean myself...when in florida and we had as much rain as we did there will be water bugs especially when the back door is left open for an extra amount of time.the home is sprayed after every stay.fiireplace is there yes its electric but much 2 hot here to be a problem the lighting with no heat is a nice cozy addition.the brand new hotwater heater was just installed which was not hot enough for you.if you had let me know it would have been turned up to your liking the second bathroom with shower was hot enough where everyone could have a hot shower..again thank you for stay 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Mixed Feelings

I want to say that Sherrell is very nice, attentive and quick to respond to any questions or issues the guest has. Sherrell provides many things for your stay, such as: toilet paper, paper towel, body wash, shampoo and cream rinse. The home has a nice sitting area in the back yard, and overall we enjoyed being back there, but it is quite noisy back there from the rides at Busch Gardens, the coasters themselves and the people on them. The pool is small, about 3' deep, but it works for floating in tubes to cool you off. Overall, the home is ok, but could use some deep cleaning, such as baseboards and ceiling fans. It's kinda inconvenient that you have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the backyard, unless you go outside, walk around the house and go through the fence gate. You also have to walk out of the master bedroom to get to the very small master bath. There are some small repairs that need to be addressed. At the time of our stay, there was not 2 queen beds, there was one king, one queen, one double and 2 twins.
