The basement is a separate unit with its own entrance which is currently occupied. Living space is NOT shared with occupant at any time.

No unauthorized guests allowed. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.
Absolutely no parties or loud music. Outdoor noise but be kept to a reasonable volume in respect of our neighbours at all times.
Quiet hours in effect between 10pm-7am. No hot tub use past 10pm.
Guests must adhere to Niagara-on-the-Lake's bylaws.
Unauthorized late check out fees apply.

A $500 pre-authorized hold will be placed on your credit card a few days before check-out for incidentals. This is not a charge—just a temporary hold—and it will be automatically released within a few days after your stay, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
