Make sure to notice the perfect dining area and the high-end appliances in the kitchen as you rush towards the balcony to check out the amazing views. If you look to the left you have the perfect view of the jewel of the city, Lady Bird Lake! If you look straight you get to enjoy Austin's growing skyline and DT views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. The dining area features a beautiful table and chairs. The condo has both a washer and a dryer.

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

We only host groups over the age of 23+ years old. Will need ID verification.
