In the heart of Downtown Houston, this bright townhome is close to lots of bars, restaurants, and other attractions, see a list below. The open-concept living/dining/kitchen area is on the 2nd floor and has a large balcony off the living room.

The primary suite is on the 3rd floor, as is the home office and laundry room. The home-office is a 3rd bedroom and has direct access to the bathroom/closet. The 2nd bedroom is on the 1st floor and has its own outside patio.

The high iron fence has an automated gate, guests can easily access property with codes (to be supplied by Host) without the Host being present. The property also has a 2-car garage, and it is ideal for family or guests up to 7!

I had a wonderful stay at this condo during my trip to Houston. The space was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and a thoughtful, well-designed layout. It was nicely furnished, making it feel both stylish and welcoming. The location was another major plus, close to downtown yet tucked into a safe, quiet neighborhood. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Houston.

Great Houston VRBO

We thought this property was great. You initially drive through some rough areas getting there, but then the actual location feels comfortable & quiet. The front outer gate is a bit hard to open, especially when it's slippery from rainfall, the deadbolt is extremely stiff. It feels very upscale, and clean as you enter. However there were hairs both long and short on a lot of the flooring that we discovered along the way which was a bit off putting, but that's a quick fix. We needed assistance with what we thought was an issue with the A/C but the owner called promptly and described a fix, and said if that didn't work he would send a handy man right away. Turns out it was renter operator ignorance and everything worked great as soon as we followed instructions from the owner no problem! We will be staying there again if needed and have already recommended it to others. Thank You!!

Cozy Downtown Retreat

My family and I went to Houston for spring break and had a great time. This comfortable, spacious and cozy townhome provided a convenient retreat after a long day of sight seeing and activities. The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying here again the next time we're in town.

Amazing place to stay!

This was a great place to stay. Very spacious with room for everyone. The owner was always extremely quick to respond. We had an issue with the AC the first night but the owner had the handyman out the next morning and the problem was solved! Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful!

The location and unit was just what we needed! Super comfortable accommodations with everything we needed. Check in and out was perfect - unit was clean and exactly as described. I appreciated the host’s flexibility with check-in as we arrived very early. Will definitely rebook when we visit Houston again.

Safe Townhome for those that want to avoid the hotel life

This townhome is located in a safe area close the GRB Convention Center, restaurants and a gym. The place was clean, updated and receives regular maintenance. Check in was a breeze and the owner texted me after check-in to follow up on our accommodations. The kitchen did not have all the equipment to prepare full meals for a group, but that is not what we needed. A coffee machine, microwave, and a minimal set of cups, glasses and plates served our needs. The TV had all the channels one needs. The wireless functioned properly. We never heard any neighbors. I highly recommend this townhome to anyone looking to stay close to downtown and enjoy the atmosphere of a home that a hotel cannot provide.

Great space

Great space. Convenient access to transit, close to George Brown convention center. Host very responsive. It would have been nice to have basic information ( eg AC setting, shower settings, expected check out instructions) proveid on site as guest instructions but host was very responsive with infor.ation. Would stay here again.

Amazing Home

Our stay was absolutely great! The home is beautiful and perfectly staged. The location was great, walking distance from CVS and lots of great restaurants. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the townhouse in Houston. It was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a garage, too. We liked that it was so close to the convention center. Also there is a wonderful restaurant just a block away. Definitely recommend this place.

Highly Recommend

I stayed at this property over the weekend with my family, and it was extremely amazing! The hosts were nice, and allowed us to check-in early. Entry was very smooth as we were provided an entry code. We were able to park our rental car in the garage and sometimes right outside the house, we loved that option. The Houston weather was great too, so is the air inside the house. This house is beautiful and very spacious. It is close to everything we came to do in downtown. We will definitely come back here again next time we come to Houston. I highly recommend!!

Brother & Sister get away

I have never stay in a property that have camera inside of the property. They was so worried about people having a party that I had to reach out at 4:48pm to ask for the code to get into the property and when the own reach back out he state he will give me the code to access the property when it’s time to check in. I had to tell the property owner my check in day was Friday September 8 at 3pm. Which was the day I reach out. Friday September 8 2023 at 4:48pm. When he reach back out he was talking about how party wasn’t allowed. Then his next response was the information about the key. It was a 3 floor town home 1st bedroom was on first level it was always hot no matter how you adjusted the thermostat. On the second floor was kitchen and living room was nice on 3rd floor was guests room and wash room and master bedroom with alone full bathroom. Which was nice . To park inside the garage. You had to drive around block to access entrance of townhome . you could only access the garage from inside the house . You had to put a code to enter the gate but once you enter the gate to park the car in front of garage door then had to walk all way around the town home to enter thur front door then open the garage to park they had a total of 3 camera one at front door and inside the house on second floor stair way third camera at garage door. Power went out and was out for a whole hour.
