Cunningham Cottage is conveniently located very close to the campus of Southern Adventist University which has a state-of-the art Wellness Center that provides community access for a few dollars a day to pools, weightlifting and cardio equipment, an indoor climbing wall, frisbee golf course, tennis courts and more. Right next door are the Biology Trails of White Oak Mountain with some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in southeast TN. Just a short drive away is Enterprise Park with even more biking trails, walking trails, and picnic areas. Bring your hiking shoes and bikes!

With its own private entrance and covered carport, this upstairs duplex cottage has easy, level walk-in access. Inside is a full kitchen with granite countertops and includes all the appliances and cookware guests need. The comfortable living room with a flat screen smart TV and sleeper sofa will make your stay convenient and relaxing. The master bedroom includes a king bed, with all linens: towels, washcloths, sheets, blankets provided. Down the hall is the second bedroom with a queen bed.

With Chattanooga commonly nicknamed “Gig City,” known for its blazing fast internet, this home provides 1 GB of high-speed internet, accommodating all the media devices guest may bring. There are 2 tvs in the house: living room and master bedroom for our guests enjoyment.
