Welcome to our newly refreshed and restyled 2-bedroom condo at Blue Venao Ocean Village, located just a 3-minute walk from the beach club and the ocean.

The apartment has recently been updated with fresh paint, new furniture, and refreshed décor, creating a bright, comfortable space that feels like new again. One of its biggest highlights is the spacious private balcony, now with an even larger outdoor living area—perfect for relaxing, dining, enjoying a morning coffee, or unwinding in the hammock.

The condo is located on the ground floor and now offers direct access from the apartment's garden area to the brand-new swimming pool of Blue Venao, just steps from your balcony. It can also be accessed directly from the building hall or parking area, with no stairs or elevator required.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and includes everything you need for a perfect stay:

• High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV
• Fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking tools and appliances
• Dining table for 6, also perfect for catching up on work emails while away

Loved this property! Outstanding location right next to one of the pools and a short walk to the beach. There’s also a small grocery store a 2 minute walk away for the necessities. Easy check in/out. Excellent hosts! Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is outstanding! The property manager, Natalia, was a delight. It was our secong trip to Blue Venao and we 10/10 would choose this unit again. Very tastefully appointed!

Great spot in a slice of paradise! Location is amazing for exploring everything Playa Venao has to offer. Place is clean, big and fully stocked for our family of 4. Facilities are amazing with beautiful pools and a great beach club. Full kitchen if you want to dine in and great patio to chill on. Everything was easy and host was very attentive. Would definitely come back and recommend for any families looking for beach holiday.

Truly enjoyed the property. Spent much of our time on large, comfortable patio where we could walk out to the quieter of the 2 pools at the property. Very easy walk to the grocery store and all the quite excellent restaurants and of course the beach. Very easy to rent surf boards of various size, types and quality. Natalia the local host is absolutely wonderful.

Amazing unit. Amazing property. Amazing host.Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Playa Venao.Beach front pool and club are the highlight. There is a second quieter pool right outside the unit. The ground floor access and shaded private patio were also pluses.The hosts were clear and quick with communication. We had an issue with the hot water the first night that they quickly resolved. The unit was well stocked and super clean.There was some odour that seemed to be from floor drains but nothing offensive.

Property is beautiful. Modern two bedroom is well stocked. Short walk to beautiful clubhouse. Playa Venao is stunning! Cute town with great restaurants. It was a great family vacation. Can’t wait to go back.

Paradise Found

This is a very modern, beautiful main floor condo in the heart of the surfing area of Playa Venao. It provides a very accommodating arrangement for up to 4 people with two comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped full kitchen and lovely large partially covered outdoor patio. Paulo (owner) has ensured your stay will be comfortable in every way! The facilities at Blue Venao are excellent including a beautiful large pool overlooking the beach, yoga classes and several restaurants each with amazing food and drink choices . The sandy beach is spectacular and right at your doorstep! Groceries are available at the market just 2 minutes from your condo, stocking everything you want. You will not be disappointed!

Epic stay in Playa Venao!

The location of this condo is great! There is so much to do within walking distance. We ate at a different restaurant each day of the week and didn’t try them all! We rode horses on the beach, saw howler monkeys, helped save the baby turtles with “Save the Turtles” foundation, took a surf lesson, rented boogie boards, swam in the infinity pool(especially at sunset…beautiful!), relaxed in the hammocks, beds and couches by the beach, went on a waterfall hike, etc…all without leaving the area! The condo was very spacious. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it easy for two couples to share the space. We decided we were on vacation so we were not cooking…but the kitchen was stocked if we had wanted to! (A note: the welcome directions said the coffee maker used pods so we made a special point to buy those. There is one there but there is actually a regular coffee maker too so you can just bring a bag of coffee) Beach towels were provided -which was nice because we spent most of our time at the beach. We loved having the patio to hang out on. We bought fruit at the fruit market that we had never tried before. Was fun to cut them all up and have a taste test! We had a wonderful week here. I highly recommend!

Playa Venao has a special energy. You can spend the day surfing, relaxing by the ocean, enjoying a beautiful sunset, or exploring the surrounding area, while still having everything you need within easy reach.

We chose Blue Venao because it offers the perfect balance between the relaxed feeling of a beach destination and the comfort and convenience of a thoughtfully designed community. The location is ideal: just steps from the ocean and surrounded by restaurants, markets, surf shops, and local activities.

For us, Playa Venao is the kind of place where you can truly disconnect from your daily routine, slow down, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. It is also a place we genuinely enjoy visiting ourselves, which is why we are so happy to share our home with other travelers.

What makes our property unique is that it was designed and furnished as our own family beach home—not simply as a rental property. We visit Playa Venao frequently and use the apartment ourselves, so every detail has been chosen with our own family's comfort, convenience, and experience in mind.

We intentionally chose a ground-floor apartment because we believe that access makes all the difference. With direct access to the pool and the surrounding grass area, the apartment feels much more like a house than a traditional condo. The spacious balcony extends that feeling, creating a comfortable outdoor living space where you can relax, dine, and enjoy the beach lifestyle.

Because we personally use the apartment, we are constantly maintaining, improving, and refreshing it. We think about what we would want when staying there with our own family, and we try to provide that same experience to our guests. From the furniture and décor to the appliances and everyday details, everything is selected to be comfortable, functional, and practical.

Our goal is for guests to feel that they are staying in a real home—one that is cared for, regularly updated, and thoughtfully prepared. We hope that when you stay with us, you can enjoy the same comfort and care that we look for every time we visit Playa Venao.
