The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a walk-in closet. It features an ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks as well as a garden tub and a glass-enclosed tile shower.



The two guest rooms share the second bathroom on the second level. Both bedrooms have a surfer theme. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other has a trundle bed that can either be two twin-sized beds or come together to become a king-sized bed. The bathroom has dual sinks and a separate room for the shower and the toilet.



The lease of this home includes access to the community area, which includes a pool, firepit, and a picnic area. Parking includes 2 spots inside the attached garage.



This home is typically leased for 30 or more days. Terms of lease may be flexible to accommodate the unique situations of our guests. Pets are welcome.



**Pet Policy:

- Pets are welcome, but must stay off all furniture.

- An additional fee of $150 per pet applies to your stay.

- If any damages result from pets, you will be responsible for covering those costs.

**Utilities Policy:

-For stays of 28 nights, utilities are included up to $450 per month. Any usage exceeding $450 will be charged to the guest and documented.
